TheHurk unfortunately lost all his CHP cars since his harddrive died. ''As i've stated multiple times, I no longer have any of these vehicles original files. My harddrive crashed and I am not willing to remake the vehicles.''

That will unfortunately not work since he needs the unlocked Zmodeller files to be able to edit the cars to ELS.

You can't convert something ''quickly''. It takes hours to convert something maybe even days, and if you have no experiance with it it will maybe even take months or weeks.

He probably won't, since he lost all of his CHP cars becuse his harddrive broke. If he ever will he'll need to create completly new cars.

Yes. I have BxBugs's ELS CVPI in the ''police'' slot, and AI activates ELS. And i have non-els cars in the other slots and the lights works as normal.

Just wait and i'll promise there will be CHP cars. Since ELS got released yesterday not alot of people have started making models. You get a real good look at the two different patterns used by the CHP in this video. Yes depending on the siren tone it changes the lightning to go faster, and thats what happens in real life aswell. With the yelp activated we get more of a ''steady flash'' insted of left right left right, but the back still stays the same no matter the siren tone.

The extras spawn becuse the vehicle is not an ELS Supported vehicle. The only ELS Supported vehicle out there right now is the CVPI by BxBugs.- 2,655 comments

I didn't say he needed to ask a question on another thread, i was saying he could find other threads where this exact question had already been answered.

This question has been answered more then a 100 times before so if you used that search bar you could have allready solved this. But make sure you have a light enhancing mod like RadianceV or Brighter Lights and also make sure your PostFX and Shader setting (i think) at max.
