Have you tried re-installing ELS? Do you have the latest scripthook? Do you use dsound or xliveless?

Hi officers! Today i decided to enhance my graphics in GTA 4 using CryENB v3, When i installed it, I started the game, And it crashed, I tried starting it again but the same result, I Tried deleting "commandline.txt" from my GTA 4 folder and it still crashes, I tried deleting "d3d9.dll" and it stopped crashing, The game loaded and all i see is a black screen with the hud, that's it, My PC is powerful enough to run both GTA 4 and CryENB v3 Help Please

LCPD:FR In Windows 10 Works perfectly, I have lots of texture mods and scripts and doesn't crash.
