  1. Mods? And what are your PC specs?
  2. Download this: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/downloadclient Copy it to desktop and right click it, go to properties and go to compatibility tab and choose Run this program in and select windows 7. Press okay and install the update as admin. Also as mentioned before, patch 1.0.7.0 is mandatory.
  3. Upload to a picture hosting website such as https://imgur.com
  4. You have a good CPU but only a entry level gpu. Everything else is good. You can play the game at around 30ish fps depending in the resolution you are playing it. I suggest you upgrade the graphic card to something better.
  5. In lcpdfr 1.0, they drive for a bit and find a spot to pull over and dont block traffic.
  6. That will be fine at around 30 fps.
  7. It should be fine. What resolution are you going to be playing on? 1080p might lag.
  8. I'm guessing that the 512 MB is your GPU. It might run at low settings. How much RAM do you have?
  9. Make a commandline. make a new .TXT and name it " Commandline.txt " then copy and paste the following into it exactly how it is -norestriction -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem "1.1" -percentvidmem "100" put the .txt into the main directory of GTA IV where the GTAIV.exe is found
  10. Okay, wont be do any BluRay stuff so guess I'll just stick with my DVD drive then. Thanks! I was thinking about getting the Corsair H100i Liquid cooling for 70 bucks more. I replaced my PSU with the one you recommended too.
  11. I might be hyoer threading a before I was trying to decide if I should go for the I7-4770K or the I5-4670K. I'm also getting a NVIDIA because of shadow play. Also I'm wondering if I should go for a EVO 212 or liquid. Ill look into getting a BluRay player instead and I really don't have a use for a 24 inch monitor as I don't really care about size. Thanks!
  12. Does the vehicle model support multiple liveries? Some don't.
  13. Did you disable trainer keys?
  14. Hello, I'm going to be building a new computer in the next couple of weeks. I have a decent part list already but any suggestion or advice is welcomed! My budget is $1400. Here is a part list I have made: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/davelaric/saved/3CV6 Any changes? I already have the OS, keyboard and mouse so those aren't needed. Thanks Dave
  15. Updating means upgrading as in buying a new CPU. A CPU is a physical thing and is a major part of a computer. Your computer cannot handle GTA 4 so therefore it disconnects you when joining a MP due to low fps.
  16. Yeaah , your CPU is pretty good so no need to upgrade it. You don't need to get the EVO but recommend you do. You can overclock your CPU to around 4GHz and be stable and cool.
  17. Blow your Cover, mission 31
  18. Please note that LCPDFR 1.0 is very unstable in MP right now until further updates.
  19. Replace the visualsetting.dat with the ENB V7 one. (Common/data)
  20. The GTX 760 is fine with that CPU, wont be bottle necked or anything and the EVGA is one of the best GTX 760 so that should be fine. With mods plus ENB at 1080P around 40ish fps High-Max settings. Remember to put in a commandline and youll be fine. Also I would invest in a cpu cooler for around 30 bucks the EVO 212. Best on the market and cheap. If you need any help, feel free to ask! Dave
  21. http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=3387 Download it and run it as admin and install. Should fix the problem.
