Hello Officers, I play in a GTA IV Police Clan. Our Police/Dispatch Communication works over TeamSpeak. But we also must Communicate with the Civilian. We can not spend so much time for writing in-game Chats. We already tried the Surround Voice Chat function but is doesn't work. Its just activating the Voice Chat for everybody in the game, Is there somebody who know what we can do. We just need something like ACRE (Arma 2) for GTA IV. We found this Clip. I don't know how they do that. Nobody of them responds to my messages.

Hello Guys, i got a idea for an Mod. The Police Dispatch Mod is simple. for more reality in GTA IV it just Dispatch a Police unit (like you call 911) when there was shots fired but without giving you one star. That means If you shot a police unit will be dispatch to your location and investigate. (0 star) if the dispatched unit see you with a weapon in your hand you will get one stars. (1 star) if the dispatched unit see you without a weapon in your hand you will get NO star (0 star) if the Police see a dead body they go to that dead person and investigate him/her. if you are to close to that dead person (3 meters!) you will get one star. (1 star)

Hello guys, do somebody know what the name is of the Police siren in the Movie "30 minutes or less" i need this siren as modifikation for GTA IV. It dont must be the same. The Police in the Movie is the "Grand Rapids Police" Wikipedia link of that Movie.

i think the soldiers and the fast ropes are includes to the chopper model. Because if you take a look at every picture from this fast ropes you see the people and the fast ropes never looks different. thats every time the same moment just from an other sight.

Issue: >Scripthook doesnt work >Bluescreen after leaving the savehous Helpfully was: Reinstalling lcpdfr 1.0 with automatic installer scaning pc with anti-virus Program (noting found but a friend of me says that it has helpfully) now: scripthook works no more Bluescreen no more lagging carmods doesnt making blackscreen
