without risk of getting hated and my topic randomly moved.. can someone recommend a good ENB or other visual setting for my computer?dont worry I have this same problem but on my Logitech F710... since I didnt think it fit in with the "non modding board" of gta v and it pertains somewhat to "modding," ill ask here. thankswell the golf cart with police lights already exists, someone would need to update it for els... and the scorcher has LSPD already available, and again someone would just need to add lights and such. no clue what ELS is but sounds fun :)your install whatever mods using the mods folder, not the original ones right???

make a text file in notepad and type -scOfflineOnly. save it as commandline. this lets you play with internet working, signed into social club but logged in as 'offline' wwhich means you cant open it up or use features.- 1,915 comments

since I didnt think it fit in with the "non modding board" of gta v and it pertains somewhat to "modding," ill ask here.. does anyone know if the add-on vehicles can be spawned and used in map editor? I know we can spawn them manually with a trainer and such but when using map editor (or even Menyoo) can those programs search for the name when they are 'add-on' vehicles.. now I know you can spawn the car and then get it to save in map editor but I want to know if anyone knows if you can spawn them via the vehicle search in map editor (never used Menyoo, so I IDK how that works) any knowledge will be helpful and Happy New Years
