The latest update (7.4) is an early access update, released to let you play with enhanced content while waiting for the big update (7.5), so keep that in mind, missing features or small issues will be released in the next update. no clue but I hope RPH 48 and the game update rockstar announced will come sooner than later

you are installing it via OPEN iv oiv file? because it gives you the option which folder you want to choose..

are you trying to load them via F4 RPH console? are you going on duty to make sure they load (this is how it supposed to be) RPH 47 is notoriously buggy and may crash your game at random.

for what reason would it have that? its only December 7th, holidays are 2 weeks away on a more serious note, why do you think its in there at all, and what purpose would it serve?

considering this hasnt been updated for a long time, I am not surprised that it may not work for everyone

delete the gtavlauncher.exe and gta5.exe then verify cache to get them to redownload..... the gta5.exe version should still be 1.0877.1, as the update was just for online, and nothing having to do with storymode aspect like cars or weapons, the launcher (which is more related to online, I think) should be the 1.0918.1 once redownloaded from steam, right click on both and click details and you (should) will see the version number.... this is why I think update checker is saying update, but we cant because Rockstar hasnt updated the game to the new version of the launcher... you choose to install any mod you want to, if you dont want arrest manager in, dont use it

1. do you have it installed right? 2. are you loading it correctly? [you dont load it with F4 console on RPH you have to go on duty] 3. no ragehok.log given means Albo cant really diagnose whats going on... please find your RageHookPlugin.log in your GTA V Root directory, open it up with a standard text editor like notepad, press CTRL + A, open www.pastebin.com with a new paste, click in the text box click Ctrl + V then save it as RPH log [date - time] and give a link to Albo so he can possibly help you

I dont have an attitude, if you think suggesting reading the instructions on how things work is an attitude, sorry. you wouldn't operate a chainsaw with knowing how to use it, would you? same basic principles apply here.

I suggest you read all accompanied documentation that comes with mods then...
