This is my first DEV release. I hope all modelers can benefit from this release as I am glad I can finally help contribute some more. I would use this to showcase a vehicle and I will for now on :)

Hello, this is a vehicle texture for the Bravado Gresley. Its not the best texture, but it's a start. I'll try to make improvements to it when I have time.
Installation:
(Non-RDE Users)
1. Download Yard1's mapped Bravado Gresley here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/10755-bravado-gresley-mapped-default-style/ OR http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/10742-bravado-gresley-mapped-sahp-style/
2. Using Open4/OpenIV, navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
3. Turn on Edit Mode if you haven't already.
4. Drag and drop the 3 files from the "Models and textures" folder.
5. Double click the hwaycar3.ytd/police5.ytd file, depending on which one you downloaded.
6. Replace all the gresley_sign_# files with the ones in my download.
7. Voila! You're done :)
(RDE Users)
1. Using Open4/OpenIV, navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/rde/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/rdevehicles.rpf
2. Turn on Edit Mode if you haven't already.
3. Replace all the gresley_sign_# files in the hwaycar3.ytd and police5.ytd files.
4. Congratulations, you successfully installed a vehicle texture! :)

Hey guys, welcome to my first texture set. I really wanted to make a set that used real CHP vehicles, and put the realism of each skin above all else. With that said, there is one part of each skin that is not on current CHP units and that is the 'Thin Blue Line' flag, but I felt it added a lot to the skin and really wanted it on there.
The goal for this project is to eventually encompass the entire Los Angeles Emergency Services vehicular arsenal, which will include:
Ambulances, Firetrucks, Sheriffs Office, LAPD, and  CHP CREDITS:
Templates: F5544, Desmond98, PimDSLR, Thehurk
Door CHP star: Google, modified by JAbrahamson
I also want to thank my brother, for sending me really great photos of his CHP Explorer and some Crown Vics to help me build these as accurately as possible.

Hello everyone, This is officer Soley.
This mod simply allows you to use the recently released 2014 Dodge Charger Pursuit(by Bxbugs123) in sheriff slot.

How it works:
1. Run OpenIV and navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2/dlc.rpf/common/data
2. Find carvariations.meta and extract it somewhere in your PC, for example on your Desktop and Do Not Close the OpenIV yet
3. Open carvariations.meta with Wordpad
4. Copy and paste the full text(lines) provided in this Upload(Copy&Paste) after the line "<variationData>" and Save it and Close it
5. While the OpenIV is still open, Hit the EditMode and click on Add new file (Green color +) and choose the carvariations.meta that you just edited
6. Click Editmode again and close the OpenIV.
Done, Enjoy!

After development started in August of 2015. I have been trying to achieve to get the perfect 2011 CVPI out to the public unlocked for all to use and make what they want, no matter how bad one thinks of their model. Today to the public I present the Development 2011 CVPI for everyone to use and enjoy.

FEATURES:
Ten fully functioning seats (Thanks to Yard1 who helped make that possible). All regular/expected car features such as dirt, window cracks, damage, etc.. Fully UV-Mapped and Templated. Custom Handling (Thanks to Sgt. Kanyo for the GTA IV handling line). Can attach boat and small trailers. Two Lightbar variations (Arjent and Liberty) 2k and 4k textures/templates  
INSTALLATION:
A very in-depth installation is included inside the README in the download, please refer to that for the full instructions.
*** Don't forget to make backups or use a mods folder ***
Using OpenIV, you put everything from the folder Vehicle Files which includes riot.ytd, riot.yft, etc into: update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday8ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf You then place the vehicles.meta into: update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5 You then place the handling.meta into: update>update.rpf>common>data You then place the vehiclelayouts.meta into: update>update.rpf>common>data>ai You need to put all of these files in the correct places or else that vehicle will not work properly.

Hello, here is Boston PD texture, it includes unit- B-2, C-11, A-4, C-6, and E-18. I made this using Paint ans GIMP, and i used the CVPI template by cj24.
Im from New England so iv just been trying to make Los Santos feel more New England-ish, Id love if someone could help me out with a blue only lightbar like the one in the picture of B-2 above.

A Blaine County Police Department texture pack based on the Mill Creek Police Department.
Includes 6 textures each for the Ford Crown Victoria (please be aware that these textures will not work on the Bxbugs123 model as it uses a different template), Ford Taurus and Ford Explorer.
Each texture includes a stealth and supervisor variant and comes in both 4096x4096 and 2048x2048 resolutions. Screenshots and a text file containing installation instructions are included within the zipped file, along with the textures.
