This goes beyond Democrat/Republican. Cities in the south with very conservative mayors have the same problems. If you read the report done on the BPD, blacks in that city (and others that the FBI is currently investigating) are being painted with a broad brush as "thugs". Also, I'm not sure what you think the president can do in terms of governing cities, he is in the Federal Government, not state or local government.

I edited these myself, and it doesn't change the physical ytd, it changes the actual coronas from red to blue (the YMT file) and make it reflect on the ground Don't worry :) You aren't a dick for asking for credit.

This happened literally two towns away from me. That cop was fired from one department and was involved in a use of force incident two years ago (I think it was two years ago) Any way, I use to be in support of the BLM. They started with a message; that the current police discrimination of black people/minorities in general is a problem (Just look at the DOJ report on Baltimore PD). They have devolved into an organization that doesn't care about the facts and paint with a broad brush, which is literally the problem they set off to tackle. It's a sad state of affairs.

You aren't going to get that great of performance with that because on top of GTA V being really COU intensive, Ragehook also adds to this. The graphics settings won't make much of a difference if the problem is with ragehook.
