    Do you perhaps have the additional police radio chatter plugin installed? It includes faint sounds that sound like callouts but aren't. It may just be that there is more time between callouts for some reason

    This came out long after the update. It's working fine for me. Maybe you should reinstall scripthook or ELS?

    First - Completely wrong section to post this in Second - Both texture dimensions work, but 4096 is just higher quality Third - There is still only open iv for GTA. I'm not sure that sparks IV is even used anymore.

    The meta goes in \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 And I was unable to fix the LODs on the CV because it kept crashing my game :D Thanks!

    With my Snoho pack released, I've noticed a lot of people dislike the accurate flash patterns (They aren't my favorite either), so I decided to start on a Mill Creek PD pack. It has a very similar lighting setup (Ions, Whelen Liberty II) but it's a little more "generic".

    That is a completely different issue. That means you missed installing something. Do you have scripthook involved?

    They are fine cars. I prefer no extra components, but I personally like all of Hiim1250's models (or mine).
