Can we have a mod that spawns and de-spawns spike strips because that would be helpful and cool now since we can get ahead of vehicles and road block them.

    I wonder if it would be a weapon object as well, seeing as you see it in the story "deploy" (granted into a video cut out the back of a car). I haven't seen the cops in game placing them when I got there but already on the ground. Would be interesting and more useful if it was and could be put down to extend like they did in GTA:VC.
