Retail version DOES NOT contain that file and doesn't need it, you have downloaded a "Steam Version" torrent and therefore it is an illegal copy and not supported here.

This is simply a re-packaged version of v0.4.0, which is compatible with RPH 34 and LSPDFR 0.3. There are NO new callouts or features, aside from: The plugin will now check for updates And the plugin will not run if you are not running at least v1.4.1.0 of the Stealth.Common DLL Version 1.0 is the next update, and will be coming soon

I will personally be updating my mods as soon as possible. Until I do so, they most likely will not work with 0.3.

    Hey everyone,
I'm looking for someone to make some much needed peds to replace the IAA ped in game. I'd love them to be based on the uniforms and tactical gear used in the tv show Chicago PD.
I'll include pictures of certain variations/extras that could be implemented.
Also on a side note could someone have a look into creating some vanilla cars to replace the unmarked buffalo and granger based on the intelligence cars used in the show. PM me for details on this.

Caine is still working on ELS with steady strides. He is just pretty busy in real life and there is a lot of coding to do on his part. But the project is not dead, he is not ready to showcase it yet. There are tools that he needs that are not available in his capacity yet. However, one thing I can say is that the ELS for GTA V will be incredible in contrast to GTA IV ELS.

Honestly at the point GTA V is at currently (if you have the money to buy it) is worth buying. It's tons more stable then IV and there's a few pretty good models out right now. And LSPDFR is good fun and an update is going to be released soon fixing and adding some needed features.

GTA IV is notorious for crashing. I play on Windows 10, it runs fine and with looking at your specs it should run pretty well. It's just that the game is a terrible PC port, though still enjoyable when it works, it's really hit or miss with IV.

Only American police cars allowed? These two also look similar.

And then this one where they didn't buy enough stickers and misspelled "POLICE". (aka the Swedish version)

DogPatch1992 reacted to Sam in LSPDFR 0.3 - Backup Customization
This is the second part of our LSPDFR 0.3 preview series.  For more information about the background behind 0.3, check out the first installment in this series here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/55130-lspdfr-03-announcement-first-preview/
In spirit of keeping up to date with the most hotly requested features for future versions of LSPDFR, customization of responding police units simply had to be near the top of our list.
LSPDFR 0.3 introduces an all-new Backup XML file which lets you customize, in great detail, just what kind of cops and vehicles LSPDFR should dispatch for each of the seven in-built backup types. (The eagle-eyed among you are probably thinking "but wait, there's only six types".  Not anymore!)

I like planes.  Now, LSPDFR likes planes too.
The power of this new XML based system is absolutely unparalleled to anything we've ever had before in LSPDFR or LCPDFR, and also allows much, much more refinement than traditional .ini configuration files seen in other modifications like ELS.  Presented in the same sort of format as many of the data files in the original game itself, we hope it will be super easy to use, too.
With this new feature, you can precisely choose:
The vehicles that respond for each backup type (and you can have as many as you like). + Vehicle liveries (on a per-vehicle basis) + Minimum and maximum number of occupants (again, for each vehicle) The peds that respond for each type (again, as many as you please).+ Ped component models (for each ped) On top of this, you can do the above customization for each of the four distinct areas within the game:
Blaine County North Yankton Los Santos Los Santos County That's right, this means you can now finally have different units operating all four different areas.  Plus, if you're feeling particularly adventurous you could actually think of each of these areas as being a different entity entirely with their own state, local, SWAT and air units.  There's really very little in terms of limits as to what you can do with this exciting new system.
Oh yeah, it doesn't even end there either.  With 0.3, an all-new unit type has been added which, for the first time, lets you call for emergency medical services.

Furthermore, unlike the regular medics in the game, medical units dispatched by LSPDFR will actually attempt to treat injured pedestrians.
Just one more thing...  As if completely configurable backup units and the new medics weren't enough, we also managed to make a few improvements to the way in which units arrive at backup requests.  This means you can have scenes that look almost like they're straight out of a cop movie, without the trainer.

Can you elaborate more on this, Sam ? Do you mean that they will be more tactical at their responses to your callouts ?

Is it possible to replace the owner wanted callout with a BOLO system? So maybe when you go on duty you get a few bolo's and over the course of your playing you may get more. If you see a car watching the description you will get a notification and you can pull him over. It may be the right person it may not be.

4GB for this card is completely worthless, since once you will actually need that much VRAM, since the GPU itself does not have the power to drive it.
The second build only has DDR3 too, meaning the memory performance and bandwidth will be lower.

This could be used to show off the ambient cops and giving more of a reason to use C:BOB again, rather than having the cops drive past.
On that note, I am sure that @Sam is working on this but, having ambient cops join in on a pursuit would also be nice.

Because we like the images at the top of the page and our users like them. If you don't, feel free to block them with an element rule.

All of the management team actually work, proper jobs, seperate from this site. So such pipe dreams like custom built software isn't really suitable for us. IPS is a pre-built community software, if we have any issues we open an issue with them. To replicate IPS' functionality in full would probably take me at least 6-12 months of development time. However, some lacking parts of the site are custom built, such as our new downloads portal. If you do it -- please make sure to let me know! We'd probably switch to a decent 100% open source solution in an instant!
LCPDFR was online, so it made sense for it to send statistics online. LSPDFR is enforced offline, so it doesn't make too much sense to send similar data to our servers. We do have some plans for features, but that isn't for discussion here.
I'm not going to discuss our DDoS protection policy or system with you, all I'm going to say is we're limited in both money and time. Our custom nginx modules mitigate around ~80% of layer 7 attacks, our network provider mitigates all of the layer 4 attacks. When we go down, it's usually due to a custom layer 7 attack we've not accounted for in our own rules. And we are not hosted with OVH -- they simply provide our frontend proxy. You don't see what I see every day, this site suffers constant attacks in an attempt to take it down. Almost all of these are blocked by predefinied rules.
No, this is not a rage reply as much as it may sound like it.. I'm just getting sick and tired of people critizing our setup and doing nothing to help. I mean, it's a free service. If you really want to help, hit the donate button at the top of the site or create the custom software you're talking about.

Not a fan of seeing default GTA police and this awesome car (no ones fault, just no other good met cars).

So I have been thinking and if I renamed your police2 files to police and police3  could I just replace those files and then have police, police2 and police3 all the same car?

BTW Double Doppler, I freaking love this car, thank you.
