It will not change the handling, It just changes the audio hash of the vehicle.

You should not use audio hash from other vehicles aside from police vehicles, It's siren sound will not working properly, It's not possible yet to edit the audio hash, For work around you should use "Police", "Police2", and "Police3". This will add siren sound on said added police vehicles, But it will have different engine sound.

Hello guys, In this beloved community, I loved the enforcer since i played GTA IV, And I wish that truck appears in GTA V but sadly it was replaced by Police Riot, I didn't even like the Police Riot, So that's why i am here, This is just a request, one request, I am requesting a Enforcer mod to replace Police Riot or made as stand-alone vehicle so this will reminds me of playing GTA IV in old days, Thank you for reading this.

You're right, I always hate a comment about "Could you create California Highway Patrol Skin? It would be good", It always annoys me, And remember for who wanted real life skins: This is San Andreas! Not California! And please, I don't want those suggestions for real life textures on lore friendly vehicle models or textures, Lore friendly stays being lore friendly. I prefer lore friendly textures rather than real life textures, It is so wrong if we have California cars in San Andreas, San Andreas is supposed to be parody of California, So no California things in State of San Andreas, Los Santos is still Los Santos, Blaine County is still Blaine County, LSPD is still LSPD, LSSD is still LSSD, SAHP is still SAHP, I am wondering if people living in GTA world, They could be saying "What is California?" or "What is CHP? As I remember we got SAHP" and etc.

I assume you're forgot to add the siren lights setting, It is required if you're trying to add a emergency vehicle, Please add this lines on the end of the lines on your added car in carvariations.meta. <sirenSettings value="1" />Then, You're good to go.

Try to add "FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT" on the flags section of your added car on the vehicles.meta, This flag means the car will have police horn and can be spawned through dispatch.meta if you already added the car to dispatch.meta.

Do you guys forget about Police Securicar (Or Stockade)? I am missing that truck from IV, Also If we also got the same AreaLivery mod or integrated Dispatch.meta, I am sure I will put those Blaine County vehicles into Paleto Bay and Sandy Shores. -

Wait a second, I am talking about specified section of dispatch.meta, SWAT_SUV section is extremely bugged if you put one of any added car on it's section, No SWAT members drive it and it behaves like a ghost car, Then, I decided not to put them on "SWATAutomobile", Another section of dispatch.meta is working fine, No other problems aside from SWATAutomobile.
