Yeah always install rde first and then EUp because RDE overwrite your dlclist.xml, but EUp isntaller just add the lines for you in the dlclist.xml

Refer to RDE thread for questions, they have detailled FAQ and readmes. But basically yes your cars are overwritten with vanilla cars just move your previous cars in rdevehicles.rpf for more information on how to proceed go rde thread. As for the uniforms make sure you have the eup dlc lines in your dlclist.xml or just reinstall eup with the auto installer

Doesn't make sense, unfortunately, there is nothing we can for you, even if you say that everything works fine without EUP. You are the only crashing with correctly, installed game with only EUP installed. I mean it's like telling me you had protected sex, during your period (I know HARDCORE) you took your pregnancy pills every day like your doctor said. and you used a perfect condom with the good exp date and good condition, you even opened carefully without using your teeth and the dude didn't even came in the end. But still you are PREGNANT. That's the only example I had in mind...sorry.

I don't see any reference to EUP in your log, I have no idea why you have a crash in the first place. Your are sure you have setup your game correctly ?(mods folder, latest scripthookv, scripthookdotnet and ragehook).
