I only play when I make a video which is 15 - 25 min. somewhere in that range. I have had crashes when playing, but it's GTA IV on PC. Mods - LCPDFR 1.0b, Towing Service, ELS v7, Traffic Flow, Indicator Script, SNT, Realistic Timecycle v4. Cop peds, and Police cars

The way I think of a stealth unit is a regular car with regular plates doesn't say police low amount of lights.

That will still work, it fixes it so you won't spawn cars or anything

If you haven't already download LCPDFR by clicking the 'Downloads' tab. Clicking the 'Tutorials' tab will be extremely useful, as you can find how to install different mods.
