If there will ever be a next GTA, they should make it based in Seattle, then people get god mode and start blowing up the city as usual.

I know it's a video game, but some people play realistic sometimes. I've never seen an officer in real-life point a gun at the driver unless a felony stop. Otherwise the driver and everyone else in the car would probably shit their pants.

I don't know what features I'd want. The only thing I'm excited about is Highway / Traffic patrol Miles and Miles of highway, the AI actually driving realistic and fast, patrol those back country roads.

I saw a mod on GTA 4 mods about parked cars. Try searching there if you already haven't. As for the wheels centering, this has come up before, personally I would enjoy something like that. It would make a traffic stop 10x sexier!

If you press F8 and switch 'Ground units to passive' then that might help.
