Battlefield 1
There was speculation and rumor that Infinite Warfare was a 'canned' project, as in the developers didn't want to make another futuristic title - but true to Activisions scum and villainy it was apparently forced to tie in with the other futuristic CoD's. Rumor has it the next CoD developed by Infinity Ward was supposed to just be a Call of Duty 4 (maybe Modern warfare 2) remake. They weren't even planning on doing a Call of Duty title this year and just waiting for the 10th anniversary year for CoD4 next year, then recreating their respective titles. Soon after this rumor and speculation came to fruition, the rumor seemingly got reinforced by the fact that Infinity Ward is releasing a remastered CoD4, for a price. The reasons to the CoD4 attachment to Infinite Warfare? Because Infinity Ward apparently knew the fanbase wanted nothing to do with futuristic garbage anymore, so they tacked on CoD4 to try and save the title that seemed to never wanted to be built from the get-go. In other words, the attachment of CoD4 is a slimy tack-on to get you to buy their higher tiered editions to get the game you actually want, for a game you never wanted at all. Whether this is true or not remains to be seen, but I wouldn't put it past Activision to try this.....especially since the original developers of CoD4 is no longer with Infinity Ward. I'm not really sure who is honest anymore with how many different developers are under Activisions belt, more over working on Call of Duty alone. They all know Call of Duty is a huge money maker, so it's a no brainer business tactic to push out the same over and over, regardless of quality or player base input.

Forced Windows 10 Upgrade Starts During Gaming Live Stream with 120K Viewers
I'm not sure watching a "pro" CS:GO player qualifies to be more important than school or work. If you're taking off work, missing school or anything else remotely important just to watch someone play a video game, then you're doing life wrong.

Dutch Pranksters Beat Up 14 Year Old.
What I don't get is why people actually view this sort of content, why it has such a following. I can accept the fact that you'll unfortunately click on something that seems worth watching only to be horrified (click-bait), but the fact that these channels and "popular" YT channels actually have a cult following of what seems to be just as brainless, if not worse people. The question that looms for me is, are people really that stupid to subscribe to this trash quality stuff and support it? Another is, does YouTube really let this shit go freely too? I mean one thing is to have a prank that isn't funny and harmless, but another prank that severely injures and hospitalizes someone is an entirely different story, what will be the ultimatum here? When someone dies? It's just like that fad where popular YouTubers and Twitch Streamers were getting "swatted", nothing YouTube/Twitch can really do to protect against it, however the Police/FBI did and a lot of people were arrested and charged accordingly, got a pretty hefty sentence too. It's like the more technology advances the more human intelligence, common sense and morals decrease at what seems to be an exponential rate. Something has got to give here.

Richmond Shooting
Not that I disagree with you, but there is other factors and considerations to take into account when you compare countries. You have to consider and factor in that Germany's population is around 80,000,000, give or take, whereas America's population consists of nearly 320 million. It may be rare that Germany gets a mass shooting, or just a random shooting in general, however America has more than enough population to go postal several times over. We can all say and chalk it up to "too many guns!" and I agree, to a certain extent, stricter and more refined gun laws need to be put in place.....but the kicker is that each country is unique in their laws and how they operate. It'd be crazy if all of a sudden America imposed law(s) similar to that of the laws in England, or Germany. Something definitely needs to give, but at a smart and considerate approach. Unfortunately though that there will always be Americans that simply think "more guns equal more good" but, you can't please everyone and America needs a facelift. Alternatively, this can also be chalked up to a simple "shit happens", especially since the whole war against Police has yet to stop. There is really no rhyme or reason as to why this happened, the guy walked up to an officer, shot him point blank while the officer among other officers were doing a training exercise - which leads me to believe that the latter of it all seems to be the case. Pointless violence by a pointless piece of shit that beheld a grudge against Police for whatever the reason.

Sign Petition To Have Rockstar Allow Private Modded Servers
Of course they want our money, generally speaking the vast majority of businesses and people you hand your money over to typically want your money. It's up to you to choose where you want to allocate your money towards, why people use "they just want your money" as a way of blaming them I will never know and honestly is idiotic to say. You don't go into a convenience store, buy a pack of bubble gum and then say to the cashier "you only want my money" then walk off. That isn't how the world works and sorry to say, the world very much revolves around money. Period. In the case of Rockstar, they created a product that YOU as the consumer chose to either buy, or not buy. You knew what the product was prior to buying it. Now, did the product offer full modding support? No, absolutely not. Did any other GTA offer that? Again, no. They offered another installment of what everyone seems to love, straight out of the box. Now did they ever say they were against modding? No, again, absolutely not. Their business is to make money, they made tons of it off of the initial game and they're still profiting from their online component, which, again, is entirely up to you, as the consumer, to invest in. As a business you'd be dumb not to keep trying to profit from something that people generally enjoy globally, but again, you have the power to not buy into it - however other people do because other people have other preferences and ideas of fun. They don't intentionally go out of their way to break mods upon release of a new content update, there isn't a secret society of Rockstar businessmen in black suits in a board room conjuring up the next content update and saying to themselves "hmm, what other content can we make to jab those modder guys!" Keep in mind that these updates are free no less, too. People are incredibly naive to think Rockstar purposefully wastes their time creating new content whether it be cars, heists, etc just to break the average modded guys' game. Not to mention that GTA V isn't the only game out there that updates their game and believe it or not, other games that do updates to their game that even offer full mod support break mods just the same upon a new update drop. The 'Rockstar only updates their game to hurt modders' bandwagon seriously needs to end, it's quite sad.

Turkey Shoots Down Russian Jet
Yes, but either alternative is a rather shitty hand dealt. It's basically as BogdanM stated, "my dictator is better than yours" hand of cards. Although I'd argue if Russia is trying to keep one person in power over another, or trying to keep a relationship steady for one reason or another, why would Nato be opposed to this and try to stop Russia from doing this given their track record is none too shiny when it comes to this subject. My point was however that Putin is doing something whereas Turkey and other Nato countries are virtually doing nothing to stop this threat. I think Obama is more hollywood than anything else, he talks a big game but outside of that there is really nothing there. Why would Turkey mind if Russia was using their airspace to stop a globally increasing threat to everyone who doesn't agree with their radical ideas and medieval mindset? Turkey seems to be doing absolutely nothing to help the cause, they certainly have a military and if they're opposed to using said military for whatever reason, then why not let another country like Russia use their expense to deal with it? Do we really need another 9/11 to have everyone jump in and say "that's enough" ?

Fair enough. I'd like to add onto that and say that sort of attack doesn't occur daily either, which inherently causes just that much more shock value because it isn't a normal everyday occurrence. There is definitely extremists in every religion, or rather the predominant ones. In my view religion is ebola, these sort of radical outbreaks here and there needs some serious stomping on and I think the first goal is to quit being so "politically correct" about it, otherwise innocent people are going to keep dying all because X, Y, and Z is afraid of possibly offending someone.

Turkey Shoots Down Russian Jet
I find it strange that Russia is one of the few countries fighting ISIS that has military might, is coming under a lot of unnecessary fire from supposed "Nato" countries. I'm not particularly a Putin fan as a whole, but his actions in the Middle East has helped far more than any of these supposed "Nato" ass-clowns have and for that I've grown to like him quite a lot. He's all action an no bullshit politically correct like a lot of countries have come to adhere to. I just find it really weird that so many are trying to hinder him turning the Middle East into glass, or at the very least cleaning up what others have started.

It was also a waste of time for the terrorists that attacked Paris recently to attack a Concert or a Cafe too when ideally it would of been more impactful to bring down the Eiffel Tower. However their mindset is to create shock value, which this most certainly does. Granted one could argue it would be an even bigger shock to bring down an iconic tourist attraction like the Eiffel Tower, but without delving too deep into the what ifs and why's as to what could of happened, their goal is to commonly waste as many "westerners" as possible. This isn't necessarily related to ISIS either, although it embodies the same terroristic values which, again, isn't specific to ISIS. There is a lot of islamic terrorist organizations out there and all it takes is one motivated organization to motivate others to do the same. Like unr3al said, this sort of stuff is medieval, it needs to be stopped. Other religions have gotten out of this medieval mindset and while no religion is perfect, we don't see Christians/Catholics/Buddhism chopping peoples heads off or going into a food market strapped with bombs and blowing themselves up on the daily all for a hope and literal prayer.

Terror Attack in Paris, France, 18 confirmed dead.
Apparently, and according to my news outlet (i'm in Canada), three accomplices or Terrorists have been captured in relation to this tragedy. I don't have the full details (caught the end of it as I was leaving for work), but the terrorists were captured somewhere in Belgium, I believe in Brussels if I heard correctly. I don't think they had any direct relation, as in participated in the shootings/killings, but I think they were the financiers and recruiters. Apparently there are small cells throughout Belgium, largely in Brussels where these "people" - if you wanna call them that, are being funded and recruited to carry this out. The exception being that one of the Terrorists was found with a Syrian Passport, which passed through Greece sometime in October. Another Terrorist was born and partially raised in France. What really hit home for me was when I saw the Eiffel Tower completely pitch black, that sent chills through my spine and made me feel deeply saddened for everyone in this tragedy. I've never seen the Eiffel Tower completely dark before, as it is the city of lights after all. (please do correct me if I am wrong on any of the aforementioned).

You can also try ALT+F4, similarly I also had a problem where I needed to power off my computer, pull out my power cord from the back of my computer and think long and hard about what I just did.

It's a good day for GTA:O Players - It's not so good for us..
And your point being? If Toyota came to me and told me that there is a new and improved Engine for my Toyota Supra and said that the update would be free, I wouldn't complain. On the flipside your analogy doesn't really make any sense, you're comparing apples to oranges and not something directly related to the industry. Keep in mind that the DLC wasn't just DLC, the update fixed a lot of issues, it wasn't just an update for new cars/addons. A lot of the update covered issues and fixes with the stability in both GTA Online and Single player, among several exclusive issues fixed for the PC only. I would highly suggest to go look at the patch notes.

It's a good day for GTA:O Players - It's not so good for us..
Unless you can cite a credible source that remotely says Rockstar "hates" modders and all that mumbo jumbo you're spewing, all you're really doing is talking out of your ass. Last time I checked GTA Online is free, the Shark Cards are completely optional and aren't needed to play, or have fun with the game. You also stated you played GTA:O for 2 years, yet apparently it's pointless in your own words. So what is it? Pointless or something that you actually found fun given you sunk 2 years into it? Don't be a hypocrite. What actions prove that they're targeting the modders? Are you seriously arguing something that is FREE, would you rather them charge money for all the content drops they've released thus far? I'm sorry if this sounds rude, but any moron arguing against free content is just that, a moron.GTA IV was god awful, they didn't support that game whatsoever, they received backlash from the PC crowd because of this, they literally ported the game and dropped a huge unfinished turd onto the PC's doorstep, awful, awful optimization, piss poor support all around. Then, they release GTA V, a complete 180 turn. They're constantly doing updates, fixes, content releases despite the game being nearly 3 years old now. To add onto this, GTA V broke numerous records....one of them being the most sold game so far. This means the console's alone generated more than enough money for Rockstar to not even have to release the game on PC, or even update, fix, or do any of what they're doing now. ArmA is not a good example of mod support, at all - if anything it's a bad example. And by the way, patches for ArmA 3 do break mods, not all of them, but it most certainly does break some of them dependent on the mod. ArmA relies heavily on mod authors to create content for their games, in fact a general argument that floated around was the only reason ArmA sold the way it did to a rather niche market is because of the DayZ mod. A huge fundamental part of ArmA is the fact that modding is generally what makes the game fun, which isn't necessarily a good thing, nor a bad thing at the same time, however there is something to be said where the only redeemable quality to your game is the fact that mods are the reason your game stays afloat isn't necessarily a good one. Last but not least, you have to be incredibly naive to think Rockstar would spend their development resources on creating additional content years later for all the platforms to specifically target a minority group modding their single player experience. It took me about an hour (using the mod folder method), to add certain stuff back in (granted I basically modded 80% of the game too, so), it was a small inconvenience and really isn't worth getting bent out of shape for. Also, I spent about $10 bucks on a couple Shark Cards, mostly because I don't have the time like I used to anymore juggling a wife and a newborn son, however I thoroughly enjoy GTA:O with friends, does this make me a kid?

rage says 350 isnt supported PLEASE HELP !!!!
You're not understanding. It does not matter even if you update GTA V, (although you should), RAGEHOOK Plugin is NOT updated to work with the latest version of GTA V, meaning regardless of whether or not you update your version of GTA V to the newest, LSPDFR won't work because RageHook is not working right now due to a recent update released today for GTA V. Understood? Basically, you NEED Ragehook plugin to work and function as intended in order for LSPDFR to work, Ragehook no worky - LSPDFR no worky.

rage says 350 isnt supported PLEASE HELP !!!!
No. GTA V released an update recently, sometime today I believe. I don't think Ragehook has released an update thus far to combat the newest GTA V update, therefore you're experiencing this issue. This means you'll have to wait until RAGEHOOK updates, not GTA V. Alternatively, if all you did was download and install the files from the default download of LSPDFR, that is also an issue as the default download for LSPDFR houses an earlier version of Ragehook, I think it's 0.22, or something like that. This means, especially now that just GTA V just updated that all prior versions of Ragehook more than likely will not work. I think the newest version of Ragehook is 0.27, and from what I can tell this version does not work for GTA V currently either for the aforementioned stated reasons. Again, you'll have to wait until an update to Ragehook hits the download section, (be sure to download their newest version when it does release from their site, not LSPDFR). Or, as I said before, if you backed up your game to the update prior to the newest GTA V update, then that version of GTA V will work with 0.26 and 0.27 of Ragehook.
-
rage says 350 isnt supported PLEASE HELP !!!!
It's pretty obvious then, Rage hook doesn't support it.... Meaning, you'll have to wait however long for an update to Rage hook in order for you to play LSPDFR. Of course you could play had of you made backups of the previous version of GTA V.

Oh gee, look: Another shooting. What a shock. (NAU Shooting)
I don't think you're taking into account the fact that all of the places you're comparing have a significant smaller population than America. That also plays a factor into it as well. Australia has 24 million, give or take. The U.K has 65 million, give or take. New Zealand sitting at a whopping 4.5 million people. (wasn't a comparison, but I believe I saw someone comparing New Zealand to the U.S). Canada 35 million people. France topping the population at 66 million, again, give or take. All of these are within 30 million of one another, the lowest being New Zealand. Now, let's take a look at America, sitting at 350 million people give or take once again. America sitting at the 3rd most populated countries in the world. You compared Brazil to America, which ironically enough sits 5th as the most populated country in the world sitting at 210 million people, 4th spot picked up by Indonesia. What I find interesting is that Puerto Rico tops the list of having the most firearm deaths, sitting at 94% of all deaths being firearm related. Yet its population sits at a meagre 3.5 million. Why is this interesting? Is that up until June 2015, Puerto Rico had an extremely restrictive gun law. Prior to a 2015 ruling, a person had to be 21 to get a weapons license along with several other requirements. A person was required to present a sworn statement attesting to compliance with fiscal laws, purchase a $100 internal revenue stamp, submit 3 statements from community members who aren't related to them attesting to their good reputation, submit a signed application that is notarized, be fingerprinted and photographed, and submit a negative certificate of debt to the child support administration. That process was just to be able to purchase firearms to store in a residence or business and not for a concealed carry permit. In order to acquire a concealed carry permit a person had to first have a Target shooting license and then appear before a Judge and present proof of a strong reason for a permit. Due to this process, in many cases concealed carry permit applications were denied. The U.S sits 28th in the table for firearm deaths/murders. El Salvador and Jamaica taking that prize with Sierra Leone, Saint Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean and Puerto Rico sitting on top of that table.

Noticing Unmarked Government Cars in Public
Where I live I've seen a couple different undercover vehicles in use, which surprised me. Most notably I saw a Dodge Ram (the newest one) that had pulled over a car just before an on ramp. It's incredibly difficult to distinguish whether or not it's a Police vehicle or not, up until the lights are on - especially if you're in a car more lowered to the ground because you can't really see any of the lights in the rear and it doesn't have any markings or antennas. I wouldn't of expected Dodge Ram's as a Police vehicle, perhaps in the Country but I live in a city populated by half a million people, so it just added that much more surprise. Other than that I've come across unmarked Tahoe's and a Chevy Cruze here and there.

AI Vehicle Aggression?
Does anyone know what file changes the AI vehicle aggression? As in whether or not they take turns more aggressively, brake more aggressively, etc. I saw a mod somewhere where they were able to change how AI vehicles in particular switch lanes, go through intersections, and in general make them more "aggressive and natural". I want to try and alter the AI in a way where they respond to the world more human like, but I can't seem to narrow down which file changes that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh gee, look: Another shooting. What a shock. (NAU Shooting)
Agreed. I don't think a lot of people from other countries quite understand the circumstances. A lot of people seem to have the mentality that if it works for them that it must work for everyone else. It'll take a unique approach to curb stomp violence like this as a whole and cutting back psychiatric help and cutting back any help period, whether it be PTSD treatment for the Vets, or help for those mentally ill or depressed is a step in the wrong direction. That said, better screening for all these maniacs getting ahold of weapons to begin with desperately needs to be put in place. For example a step in the right direction and a direction that doesn't strictly impose too much is mental background checks, a good example is here in Canada if you have a history of untreated or long time depression, mental illness, or domestic violence or any violence related to that you're automatically declined, period. This prevents those who have a problem, and doesn't restrict those who are actually sane. Perhaps banning globally the option to open carry or conceal carry a firearm may be a good start too, I don't know why that is a thing. 'Cause y'know, when I think of going to the grocery store I need to bring my gun. Having a gun for protection or hunting is understandable, but I don't see why you'd ever need to take it out into the public, that just screams unjustified shootings based around the fact that you have a weapon on you, the whole "bringing a gun to a fist fight" shtick.

Why so many European and Japanese car mods?
I guess you could say the same for all the different Crown vics, primarily on GTA IV than here (so far), despite there being quite a lot of Crownies being thrown on here, granted they're very well done. The only thing I can't stand about other car mods that differ from North American cars is that it just feels out of place for me, you would never see a shitty Lada police car in California as a high-way patrol car, or really anything for that matter. It breaks immersion for me, but that's just me and to each their own. Nothing for me really beats the old 1980's and 90's Crownies and Caprice's, but at least those feel in place for the California scene rather than let's say a Lamborghini.
