English: I had the same problem, I completely uninstalled it and then reinstalled lspdfr THEN latest ragehook (or .37, that is what I am on but you can use the latest if you want) Make sure you download it then copy everything to a folder for backups so you don't have to redownload everything again. I am no expert but may I suggest completely deleting your mods folder, uninstalling and re-installing are asi loader in open iv menu. I know this is going to be a long process but only installing one car mod at a time and playing in-game for a while to see if it crashes.
