I wanted to use police 4 for a sicktop corwn vic but when I went in game and spawned it all the windows were black. You could not see out in 1st person. I thought it was the car so i put yet another car in but the same problem. please help, i want to be able to use my car. Is it my carvaritions or vehicle.meta?

I am waiting to get a laptop from a friend and until then i am playing GTA 5/LSPDFR on my windows 7 desktop. I am getting terrible frame rate since i downloaded the original unmodded game. My specs are in the photos below. Is my computer just bad at GTA 5 and/or what can i do to increase it until i get the other computer.

Could you just look on ebay and find something that would work well ($600 max) I just really want to play my games no a big gaming desktop.

I have a macbook pro that i love but it just does not game so i wanted to buy a fairly cheap desktop (under 300) just for gaming You both have very contradicting statements, If you guys have time would you go on ebay and pick a few computers you think would work very well for fairly cheap? Thanks
