I like the idea of a prisoner escape and you have to track them down. I think there is no need to get in the prison. Also the crowd control idea :) :). It would take a lot of codding and animation but I think it could be done. Maybe something like they riot outside a shop// Shut down a bridge/highway/roadway. Cool Ideas both.

Well I think a lot of that is there from LCPD:FR and is LSPD:FR can get permission to reverse engineer some of the mods already out there I think it would become awesome will some work.
