I feel like there's already a thread like this, but, I am new. c;
What vehicles do you guys like?

I love the 2010 2011 Chevrolet Caprice PPV. Look at my profile pic, duh. or this photo. :)

FIX: Use a different gameconfig, specifically this one. (Credit to @arariel for the link.) I used 1.5x cars and 1.5x peds, which is what I thought is good and it works. If you are crashing because of vehicle mods or ped mods, use a modified gameconfig!

I'm pretty sure the vehicles.meta would be the file you'd have to change.

The manual installer usually works best as it includes dsound.dll. Try re-installing ELS after installing LCPDFR.

You should be fine. This is nothing to worry about.
These are supposed to load up on game start-up as these are scripts.
When modding GTA IV, it usually affects being able to play the story mode, due to script keybindings. If you have a vanilla backup, rename your GTAIV to GTAIV - Modded and change your vanilla backup to GTAIV. Then, you switch the names to select between modded or vanilla. 

You can swap them out, however, using them together will cause an immediate crash upon loading in.
Just remove the dsound.dll and place in the x_live files and vice versa.
 

All you need is Police Helper. Police Helper already has the Coroner and Tow Truck scripts in it. Having all three slows down computer performance while playing. Crashes are normal, this is GTA IV, you are gonna expect crashes.

Make sure you download the Windows 10 driver for your graphics card.

I removed the pack anyways. I just use thehurk's cars now.

I absolutely love these. I can't wait to see what the new chargers will look like when they get suited up for this force.
My other favourite would have to be the old CVPI's from LVMPD.
