If you are using ELS, in the VCF you can turn them off/on and edit the pattern.

He is talking about LSPDFR not LCPDFR. We've gotten the LCPDFR problem fixed.

Yep, I knew it had nothing to do with your game. Everything was installed correctly. G17 need to update their mod files. Glad to help! If you could like my posts, that'd be a huge help to me!

The only other thing I can tell you is to downgrade to .95... Sorry I couldn't be of that much help man. I exceed in LSPDFR.

I doubt that G17 has checked the LCPDFR files recently because of the increased traffic of LSPDFR. Try and get out to Sam or some moderator that can speak with an admin to check the download. You could also download an older version of LCPDFR to make sure the files are corrupted and it is not your game.

Please refrain from posting LCPDFR support in the LSPDFR section. Also, the most recent update of GTA IV has corrupted ScriptHook and ScriptHookDotNet making mods no longer playable. I recommend converting to GTA 5 if able. Wait I do now see that you have downgraded, how exactly did you downgrade? Also, in the auto installer, select XLIVELESS instead of DSOUND.
