I just hate LCPDFR! what the hell were they thinking? CRAP! Just Kidding! LOL Its is one of the best THE BEST modification ever made for GTA 4. I would've never indulged myself too much in GTA 4 and modding if not for LCPDFR. I know there is still more room for improvements but on a personal note I would rate it 100/5.

Testing out the UV Mapping.The newspapers today over here are horrifying! You would't even believe! People carrying their injured children with blood all over, dad carrying his son in a coffin! Brought me to tears! What happened yesterday was THE FALL OF HUMANITY.
