  1. The controls are in the ini file, which is in Plugins -> LSPDFR. I'll add the default controls into the readme next time I update it.
  2. The latest RAGE Hook update was supposed to fix the crash on shift. Did it not for you?
  3. No, but I may add this in the future.
  4. Been followed. (StrayDev)
  5. ForceCleanup is only for if the plugin glitches out. You don't need to use it after every bait car :)
  6. That's odd, and what makes it even more odd is that I can't replicate it, and none of my testers encountered it. The log doesn't have any information as far as I can see. I don't think this will do anything, but just to be sure, can you try installing the latest version of the RAGE Hook? It'll crash any plugins that use animations, so things like police radio will crash, but you can downgrade afterwards.
  7. The first one is in the [Keys] section, the second one is in the [Controller] section. I'll make it clearer in the next release that the second section is for the controller.
  8. Updated to RAGE Plugin Hook v0.21.
  9. The RAGE Hook just received an update, I'm working on updating now.

I can be found on both the Rage Plugin Hook discord as well as the Bait Car discord if you have any questions, or feel free to PM me on here. Join the new Bait Car discord here! (For support and general discussion) About Bait Car is a plugin that allows you to catch car thieves in the act. Select a vehicle model, wait for it to arrive, park it somewhere, hide down the street, and wait for the car thieves to come in. Once someone steals the vehicle, follow them and the on screen prompts to proceed. Vehicle models, Ped models, Weapons used in scenarios, wait times, keybinds, etc. are fully customizable in the configuration file. Vehicles can be re-used multiple times. Multiple suspects can now take the bait car! Currently Supports RAGE Plugin Hook 1.89 & 1.90 (Latest) LSPDFR 0.4.9 (Build 8037+ required for new API functions. Older versions will work, but will crash the plugin when you call for backup) Installation Extract the included zipped folder to any location (ex. your desktop) Drag all files from the "Grand Theft Auto V" folder included with this plugin into your main Grand Theft Auto V game folder. If asked to replace any files, select replace. Once all files have been copied, start up your game, and go on duty with LSPDFR to load the plugin. Installation is complete Support If you need support, be sure to: Report issues at https://github.com/bmk-dev/Bait-Car/issues, or message me/leave a comment and I'll add them there (easier to track) Please ALWAYS include your RagePluginHook.log file from your main directory (the text document) with any support request State your issue, what you were doing when you caused it, details on how I can replicate it, etc.
  10. This'd be really useful for new developers. If you need any help with administration of it, let me know. I have a few things I may be able to contribute. :)
  11. Do you have notifications disabled in settings? The ID is shown as a text message, so notifications being disabled prevents them from showing.
  12. All features are done, I'm currently having a few people play with the plugin to ensure there are as few bugs as possible in the initial public release.

I've never encountered this myself. Have you come across this yourself, or are you just posting based on other peoples' reports? Are you talking about police officers driving, or normal civilians?
  14. Welcome to modding! You'll probably want to learn C#, as it's fairly simple to find support for, and the language that many of the developers on this site and others use. C# isn't that challenging to learn, and it'll help that you already know VB. Once you've learned C#, LukeD has a great example on how to create callouts using the LSPDFR API and the RAGE Plugin Hook, two extremely useful sets of tools. There's quite a few informational topics in the API Development section to help get you started. Also, if you're going to use visual studio(which you should), I highly recommend using Community 2013, rather than 2015.
  15. This forum section is for suggestions for LSPDFR, not third party modifications. If you'd like to request that he adds something, I'd send him a personal message or leave it in the comments on the police radio download page, so that he'll see it.
  16. I don't think that spawn was intentional. Just restart the game and continue playing. Little things like this happen from time to time.
  17. Kill switch is being tested. I added support for controllers, and a couple more configuration options. The plan to release this weekend is looking good.
  18. Indeed I am. If all goes to plan and I don't run into any major issues, I'd like to have a public release finished saturday. Don't quote me on this though, I still have some features to add, which requires them to be tested, and any issues to be fixed.
  19. List of vehicles can be changed :). Picked the Adder because I knew I'd get an interesting pursuit.
  20. Uploaded a gameplay preview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pbZU-p3Kdc

This topic should fix the issue. Follow the directions in the replies to that question.
