  1. No, go to the RDE download page and get the new game config.xml file from there. If you don't the game will never work with RDE.
  2. If at any point, the request limit and/or posts in a short time frame limit are removed, can you post here just so I know for sure?
  3. And helping you too, apparently ;) Xlive(less) to me is the better one, because you will usually get 60fps, albeit it still crashes like no tommorow and I didn't do any multiplayer anyway.
  4. Also not an asi loader by itself. For GTA V you have dinput8.dll. For GTA IV you have dsound.dll and xlive.dll.
  5. umm. This is GTA IV and AHV isn't an asi loader anyway.
  6. dsound.dll or xlive.dll You cannnot have both of these, xlive disables online gameplay (and for some people improves frame rates)
  7. 16GB of RAM lyfe over here. I don't even get 8GB RAM usage in V w/ RPH & RDE & Custom cars in the RDE slots. But, I suppose it's different for everybody. How much RAM do you actually have?
  8. Depends which one. An R7 240 wouldn't beat the 960 any day. An R7 290 would probably beat it. Good luck dude, just hope it's not broken!
  9. We need the RagePluginHook.log file.
  10. Chances are your running RH 36, make sure your updated to RH 38 - ragepluginhook.net
  11. Not sure, since I am not the developer. Also, it was never in LSPDFR ;)
  12. It's currently not an option, however some LSPDFR Plugins include a configurable Officer Name for that plugin, to change them, view the ini files for the mods.
  13. It now shows this instead: you are sending too many requests - excess requests are being dropped oh look, I got the new posts within a short time frame thing again, oh boy!
  14. I meant 3.5/3.6GB of VRAM, sorry for not clarifying. And it's a hell of an upgrade from a 2GB GT 740, and thats all I really wanted.
  15. I got what works for me, as long as it can run 1080p 60fps almost maxed then I couldn't really care. Of course, you miss MFAA on lower generations (if you actually care), also, I don't want 2GBs of VRAM. (and before you say 'GTX 960 cant use 4GB VRAM' it uses over 3.5/6 GB in GTA V).
  16. Doing that is fine as long as you say something like 'this location of X might be different for you', just because some registries might be different to others through different Windows versions etc... The things people will do behind the 'closed curtain' (@MSA much) of the internet is truly astonishing.
  17. Basically, Angry Planes, when installed, did everything you downloaded it for. But, in the background, it installed a keylogger that logged every single keypress, because the virus wasn't there until you ran it, it got by all the virus protections that were in place at that time. Although the mod author soon said that no info was collected and that it was just a test, it did scare up the modding community a bit. I don't exactly know what NoClip had, but I heard about that too. (In case your wondering, the currently released version of Angry Planes does not have any viruses. Those were some dark times... I still don't even know if I fully got rid of the keylogger, but if it's still there, its on my old PC so idgaf. All it takes is a small screw up in the edit to completely mess up GTA V, with most users then unable to find out how to fix it...
  18. It's clear that you never knew about Angry Planes and NoClip mods then.
  19. I wouldn't exactly trust a mod to edit my registry, Albo or not, no mod will ever mess with my registry, although thats just my opinion.
  20. Umm, whenever I link all my notifications, no matter what they are, download, support topic, anything, it will occasionally show too many requests from this IP. No VPN or anything. Running Chrome Version 50.0.2661.66 (64-bit)
  21. Where the amount of requests that a IP can have is limited, I can understand if DDOSing or whatever is getting worse, and it isn't exactly a life breaker.
