  10. whenever i try to edit details on my improved state troopers i just get a page filled with code and the tab says "sorry we cannot find that!" at first i thought it was because of of the new site but it still wont work and i can edit other files

  12. ​yea i guess gta 4 doesn't like me changing the sounds lol. But i did everything right. Same rate and time.
  13. I spent a lot of time finding a good sound because the difference is huge between indoors and outdoors, Far and close etc. so i wanted what whould sound similar in a nyc enviroment. ie: buildings alleys etc

  15. the hilo seems a bit fast.funny how there are 3 nypd sirens within a few days
