I recently reinstalled EFLC and I couldn't get the bloody thing to run no matter what I did, so I ended up deleting it again and cussing out Rockstar.

I know. It's been so long since I played IV, trying to remember everything.

If your getting stuck, just delete paul.dll from the IV directory. It skips the login stage.

Guys, I am not dead yet (neither is the project)....I just honestly had zero time to put into this the past few months.  I am longing to get back at it....i just can't answer as to when.

Here's one for the future. How about looking into the more dated vehicles in the game and doing a vanilla version of Lundy's classic SAHP?
You could consider doing an emporer or regina. I think I have seen something like that but just as a sheriff. It brings a more retro feel into the game.

I didn't know if they were to be released. If they are, that Tahoe is on my list for sure.

I am creating a Blaine County texture pack which is a spin-off from LAPD and CHP. This does mean that the vehicles will look somewhat like the real life world version. Images are located in my gallery, link is provided below:

    UPDATES:
The original design (black and white) has been scrapped for a more complex style.

Here is V2, with a simple Highway Patrol texture change (Beta).

I would also like to welcome Blaine County Sheriff's version.

This is my current project on designing textures for a Task Force series. They do not include any locations allowing the user to install these textures with any force, but of course it is a fictional textrue series.

Below are the current textures already made:
Front and side view of the vehicle.

    Rear view of the vehicle.

Vehicle used is NIGHTKID's Unmarked CVPI's.

    Hi all,
I just need some support on OpenIV as I constantly get an error saying 'out of memory'. Having this problem almost every time I try to save a texture. I'm not sure if its my side with storage but I have a lot spare. The textures are of a high resolution so could that be an issue as when I replaced a texture slot with a low resolution I had no problems. Does anyone know the issue and possibly how to fix. Furthermore the 'E' part could be my hardrive which I have GTA 5 installed on.
    Type: "EOutOfMemory"
    Message: "Out of memory"
Please could an admin put this in the actual support for non LSPDFR stuff. Sorry.
