Fire Callouts is a plugin for LSPDFR to add fire department related callouts. There are currently 14 exciting callouts!
 
With Fire Callouts I aim to add unique callouts to LSPDFR that places you to the shoes of a firefighter in Los Santos County. There are currently 14 callouts with many more to come from structure fires to car accidents. Moreover, there is a new feature the extraction saw! Use it to save lifes from wrecked car and multi vehicle accidents. You can use it to cut doors, hoods and trunks to free those poor souls.

This version ( 1.4.0) will be the last version available to the public for a little while until I add more features like the fire hose and many more.  
Early Access to Version 1.5.0 is available for Patreons and it includes the first hose prototype and new callouts like wildfire, fire in aicraft carrier, fires in LSIA and more.

Please Note: You have to manually end the callout by pressing the “END” key. You can change it easily in the .ini file included.
 
Hotkeys
There are five hotkeys included. (You can change everything in the .ini included)
"Z" for taking out the extraction saw ( To use it just go near a vehicle door and press the right mouse button). "End" to end a callout.              "F2" to open the Main Menu.  "K" to use your SCBA.  "L" to use your flashlight.  "E" when near a ped to start CPR. (unchangeable key for now)

      To fully enjoy the mod I suggest using the following mods:
 EUP Menu with Serve and Protect ( for the firefighter uniform).  Coastal Callouts by PNWParksFan, found here in LCPDFR downloads section. The are so many new features with this one that its a must for a better experience.  Stop the Ped ( for more interaction and immersion, those sweet animations for medics and coroners and more!).

Introduction
Hello people and welcome back to yet another pack. Today I bring you my version of the "SAST" this is a pack that I came up with on a friday evening at 2.43AM more about that you don't really need to know, other then that it is nothing really based of any real life department (of my knowledge) but be sure to let me know if you find a real life version of this! It's been great to make this pack since it is sleek and has sharp edges which calms my OCD 😛

Hey, guys, I was gonna wait till after my live stream to release these peds but I got bored so here you go lol. I know I didn't include the hat as it looks like shit and needs work I may get to it one day or I may not.  You are free to edit the nameplate to put your name on it. I know the pics have my name but the ones in the file say "Smith"  So original I know lol. I also know that LVMPD don't use ties on their long sleeve shirts but there is nothing I can do about that I didn't make the ped. The install instructions are in the download, I highly recommend you have a decent knowledge of OpenIV and how to edit stuff. This should replace (for the most part) the SAHP ped SORRY (not really)

Hello! And thank you for clicking on my skin. FDNY is probably one of my favorite fire departments since the colors just look amazing, therefore I decided to give it a try and make MY version of it. This is solely based on FDNY but it is NOT a replica since some of the parts I've decided to put there myself that is not there on the original skin. This pack also includes two different versions of the skin, one of the two versions is very simplistic with barely any decals. The other version includes detail and decals like "never forget" and such.

KNOWN ISSUE: The tape sometimes droops through the ground, especially when there is not much wind or with longer pieces of tape. User more barriers and shorter pieces of tape to help reduce this effect. This is due to the limitations of what cloth physics can do in zmodeler/GTA V. Version 2.0 adds static tape models which do not sag as an option. You can choose for each strand whether to use static or dynamic tape.
 
KNOWN ISSUE: If you are having issues with changing the keybindings in the INI not taking effect in the game, add a single blank line at the top of your INI file. 
 
KNOWN ISSUE: You may need to install a modified gameconfig.xml, depending on your version of GTA V. If you already have a modified gameconfig.xml to support add-on vehicles, you should be OK. If you haven't before and your game crashes on startup after installing Police Tape, you need to install a custom gameconfig. You can use the following LML package to install a compatible Gameconfig file:

Hi ladies. Here is another pack. It only has one vehicle, accurate to the New York State Park PD which patrols the state's parks meaning it has forward reds, etc. and anything accurate to NYS. The main reason I wanted to make this Tahoe was to experiment with the sexy dirtmapping that Rick helped me with, and try to fix those SSV rims, which I was able to do and well, here it is. HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Enjoy and have fun.

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Hi ladies. So here is this pack, I thought I would go pretty unique and the mix of a Vespucci Beach PD pack and a Raydian is a perfect combination for a unique pack in my eyes. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Dewey Beach, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, and lightbar are accurate to Dewey Beach. The pack comes with 6 different vehicles, two CVPIs, one FPIU, one Tahoe, one Silverado, and one FPIS. This vehicle pack contains 9 vehicles. 5 patrol, 2 unmarked and 2 K9 vehicles, with the nForce light bars set up to emulate dual/tri color modules and floodlight takedowns.  The patrol vehicles come with two different types of skins. White and black, and blue and copper. If you want a silver base like in my screens you'll have to use the trainer, or the default is white. The vehicle set ups are not based off anything,  just the skins are based of the modern Arizona DPS design.

PLEASE NOTE 
-  The pack is split into two parts due to upload size limits. 
-  If you do not have extra police slots setup POLICE5 will not work in game. You can rename these files, or any of them to whatever slot you want. Just make sure your VCFs and vehicles.meta, mainly the handling lines, are correct (so you don't have SUV handling for a sedan or something).

KNOWN ISSUES:
- There will be floating emissives/lights on certain vehicles when opening the trunk or when bumpers fall off. This is because due to the limited extras I can't attach every emissive to their respective parts without drastically changing the lighting setup. Personally I'd rather set up the lighting the way I wanted it and just live with the floating lights on the odd occasion I open my trunk with the lights on or obliterate my front end. Sorry if this bothers you.
 
OTHER INFO/SUPPORT:
ARE YOUR WINDOWS AND LIGHTBAR COMPLETELY BLACK!? Go into the vehicle.meta and find the 'diffusetint' line for the particular model (SHERIFF2, SHERIFF, POLICE, etc). Replace that value with <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />  ... Or simply change the tint in game with a native trainer If you are changing the liveries YOU MUST change the textures in both the normal .ytd and the +hi.ytd ... if you just change it in one or the other the liveries will be different at different distances.  If you don't like something about the lighting patterns, speeds, light stages or anything related to ELS chances are you can change it! ELS is extremely customizable. Check out the ELS documentation, please don't ask me. All the info you need is in there. Also please note the patterns are limited on these vehicles to achieve the dual color effect. If you notice a bug or mistake (which I most likely have made a few) please let me know, and I'll try to fix it in the next update. It could be an easy or quick fix. Please do not rate the file down for matters of complete opinion. E.g. 'I don't like lighting patterns 3/5'.

How to install:
1)With OpenIV, navigate to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. 
2)Once you have done that,click *Edit mode* and then press the green "+"under it.
3)Import the noose4.yft,noose4_hi.yft and noose4.ytd
4)Open the "SSPD Tahoe.rar" and navigate to lighting /Blue and install the "NOOSE4.XML" into GTA main folder/ELS/pack_default.
That's it! Go patrol!
 
Note:You can change the car name to anything you want! Doesn't have to noose4.yft!
 
 
P.S. If you don't want to install it there (That's where I install it..But some people do it in the patchday) navigate to the following:
Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
and bam!

It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification. If you want to get ultra-realistic his Whelen Epsilon siren is by far the best representation of what Venice Police.

I got so many comments, messages and even reviews saying that we need the Cobra Tahoe updated for ELS. Well, I listened to you guys...and not only did I do a Cobra Tahoe...But, I also did A K-9 slicktop Tahoe as well for you guys to enjoy.Totally rebuilt from scratch.I've recieved so many good compliments on the Tahoe pack from testers! I am so happy with how it turned out!!I have included 5 other skins that is a mixture of getinmybelly0627,MrOxPlay and my liveries that I added for your guy's enjoyment. I am not totally sure how many it can hold.....I want to say 8...But, I could be wrong. Never tried.
