HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Q: Why r ur lights so shiny pls help 😞

A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

 

Q: Can you please make an ELS pack for my own personal town?

A: Not even a little sorry bb 

 

Q: How do I install X?

A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.

 

Q: X isn't working why?

A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.

 

Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 😞

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

    I think that he stated he was planning on making them as accuratte to IRL counterparts as posible, so i dont think he is going to make them lore friendly, but he can always surprise us who knows.

    I'd recommend using Albo's Moddling DLC. Much, much easier.

    Anyway you could include files to re-texture the lights to be red and blue and a clear lightbar like I've seen in some of your other packs? I'm looking for a pack with the CVPI push bumper you used with a more regular light bar then the Vespucci Beach that's clear and red and blue for my recent police texture pack. Either way great looking pack love your content!

    Sorry, no can do I mapped most of the red lights to a single red texture to save ytd space and textures, so it can either be all blue or all red with a bit of rear blue like I have.

    Awesome Pack!! The only issues i would like to see fixed are the dials in the Tahoes and in a few of the 14 Chargers there is a steering wheel glitch. I have a request though, is there any possible way you would consider making a lore-friendly style skin? same design etc. just San Andreas instead of NY.

    What is the unit number for the unmarked CVPI? It doesn’t state in your pack #1 it just has all of them.
