can you add or tell me where to install this too scene you didn't add a instructions 

Beautiful model, are you sure the VCF you added is correct, as it doesn't utilize the extras properly for me, though your video is all correct.

First off, I'm not responsible if you make an error in the installation process.  The vehicle files simply is placed in the latest patchday. If you've never installed a vehicle or don't know what I'm saying, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADAgu8XZz24 The ELS files goes into the pack default folder in the ELS folder found in your GTA V directory.

Can you check the vcf files it doesn't use all the lights on the vehicle 

update i had to use a trainer to un tint window and then all the lights showed is there anyway to fix this?

@Gump I think I may be having a similar issue. Half of the lightbar seems to be controlled my the primary lighting stage... and the other half is controlled with the warning light stage... it honestly isn't synchronized at all for that reason. Also, there is not VCF for red / blue. Please look into fixing this because these vehicles are amazing I'd love to add them in my game.

That is indeed a tint issue in the police4 slot, However, I use RDE and have my tint value set to the 0x0000ff or whatever the not tint issue is, my issue is half the lightbar is controlled by the secondary stage and the other half is primary, and the TA doesn't funtion.

amazing but can you make it so I don't have to use a trainer to un tint so all the light show because I want my back up to have all the lights working too

same!!! gump can you make it so there is no tint on some of the lights so my back up has all of them and not just me :)

Absolutely phenomenal! This has to be the best Tahoe pack on the site (as of now). I can see that you put an immense amount of effort into this, and I cannot wait to start using this.

P.S.: I recommend using these model(s) via Police or Sheriff2 slot. These two have worked the best so far.

Guys...Come on now...I included a vehicle.meta that clearly says in download "black window fix".......That will fix the black windows and you won't have to use trainer...That goes in update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta....

As for ELS....It was the exact same used in the video...I checked in game just to make sure it's fine...The one's who tested it..said it was fine...So, I have no clue guys. I am sorry..

It applies to any vehicle with a default tint value

YES, just go in vehicle.meta ,find fbi2 and change <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

would be cool if you could add an optional folder with dual spotlights since I only use these kind of vehicles for government agencies

Shocks me that years into this, major amounts of people do not know that the vehicles.meta can be edited so simply. As for the liveries, I really love these, do you know if these liveries are available as a pack for other vehicles? @Gump Great work as always good sir. @getinmybelly0627
