Sorry I'm very new to GTA 5, but what do I do I have all 3 of the exe files from my back. Do I copy all 3?

Can someone please help me understand how adding a vehicle work. Like if I added a vehicle to x64e, but I want to replace that vehicle but its in update. Do I have to reinstall that game or is there a better option?

A little information about the embassy: As we all see in the news the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan is constantly attacked by terrorist groups. The Embassy has over 15 offices inside that is protected by the Afghan Forces, U.S. Marines, Diplomatic Security, and much more. Other Embassies like Spain's, Germany's, South Korea is just right next to the U.S. Embassy. There is a bunch more about the U.S. embassy, but it wold really make you bored. If you want to learn more just google it up. My main point is that I would like someone to make a map and a mod (script) that simulates the U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan. How it's constantly getting attacked and me as the player to protect it from suicide bombers, rockets, etc... It would be really cool if someone could make one for this amazing community. I'm might of left out a lot of details about the U.S. Embassy but you can always look it ;) Here is some Youtube videos of the embassy getting attacked and our brave forces protecting it!
