I highly recommend you install 
Or something like it because the front still flashes red in some places.
The Whelen vertexes are steady blue because they used to be dual color, but i like the steady blue.

Here is a quick two skins that are going to be part of my megapack, which will hopfully include almost every county in California. This includes two skins (sorry not zipped this time) A regular sheriff unit, and San Juan Bautista police services! Car is private model, pm me if you want to use it, no redistribution.

Yet another LSPD:FR Livery. It is the 4K Honolulu Police Department Crown Victoria.

Unfortunately I cannot test it as I dont have the system requirements for LSPD:FR as of yet but I seen a request for this Livery and done it.

Can someone please test this texture for me and send me a screenshot please.

LA-style taxis for Los Santos
I love transforming Los Santos closer to my actual home city. but unlike my recent packs, I wanted to change the taxis ingame to match the different cab companies I see around LA. At least it's easier to get the details on these just right since there are actually a couple of taxis that are usually parked a few blocks down from where I live
Anyway, enjoy these textures. I don't think I'll be doing requests for this one though, but I still plan on including other cab companies in the future.

Im back! Some-what. I noticed another user on this website was doing such a great job putting out car models for the NMSP but there weren't any ped reskins. Well! That is a problem no more!
 
NOTE: If this reskin gets some good attention I will update it and add a Female model.

This is a loose attempt at the Kent County Sheriff 2014 Dodge Charger. The reason I say loose is because I spent HOURS trying to find what the back of the car is supposed to look like.. still have no idea.. so i kind of improvised. If you find out, let me know! Modified standard.meta file that unbinds several actions from the controller to free up buttons for use with various LSPDFR plugins. 
There are three variations of this file depending on how many actions you want to remove.

This removes as many controller bindings as possible when driving a vehicle.

i mad a little texture i will make  a pack soon 

This mod simply fixes the Most Wanted mission - its problem was that in some encounters, the actual target that is seen in the mission doesn't match his mugshot appearance... this fixes the issue, now the profiles look exactly like they do in-game (well there may be some cosmetic differences, the ped model always changes clothes and face textures).
Fixes:
1. Rodrigo Stavnes now appears as a Jamaican Mafia member (by default he uses a generic Bohan ped look, which is very similar to Barry Lamora).
2. Noel Katsuda and Phil Bacerra's profile pictures are swapped.
3. Bert Reker appears as a member of the Angels of Death MC, his profile picture depicted a generic Lost MC ped that is actually one of his goons.
4. Glenn Lushbaugh uses Bert Reker's old profile picture, which matches his true appearance nicely, unlike the old Jamaican one.
5. Mervin Eskuchen's mugshot is completely new, remade by me.
Installation:
Replace the given files in GTA4's pc/textures directory.

Hey Guys!
You might have seen my recent topic on the LCPDFR forums, promising these files. Well, here it is :P
I've worked a few days on those files. The biggest pain was the logo, which I had to remake completely, to get high resolution ones. I think the result is pretty good, and I'd love to hear what you think about it.

MADE WITH THE UK POLICING TEMPLATE PACK!
Wew, second mod in a day! GTA texturing is so semi-easy.
This is Ekalb/Lt. Caine's Vapid Stanier (THAT IS THE NAME NOW) (Non-ELS, non slicktop), modifed to give the appearance of a Metropolitan Police Rover 800 used by the Met famously up until 2008-ish (you may have seen it on episodes of 'Police Stop!'). Using many reference images, I have made the texture as accurate as can be with the limitations GTA IV texturing has.
However, I already know there are problems and issues with the texture.
A big problem you may see is that the lightbar is NOT just white and blue. I have no idea how to fix that without
getting too technical, sorry, and the textures may be a bit wonky and off-scale and inaccurate to the real Rover 800, because I'm not the best texture editor in the world - I have tried to recreate it to the very best, but as always, the template and GIMP 2.0 have limitations.   But I'm trusting you'll ignore, or even fix the little nitpicks that exist within my download. The original model is located here (much credit goes to Lt. Caine @Ekalbfor creating a stunning model WITH CUSTOM PLATES AGAIN (after recent discovery)), and well, don't redistribute it without my permission! Enjoy!
