Considering no plugins are causing your crash (they're not listed in your log) chances are its a vehicle mod you've installed. uninstall them and install the vehicles one by one.

The account linking has been disabled, so there is no way to solve this error. It's also not needed to link you're account anyway as the Crime Stat page has also been disabled.

These are possible, lots of people have suggested this in the past (including myself), there maybe a couple people working on them and not saying anything. although i do believe there are a coulple of plugins that have these type of calls (or similar), these have a few non urgent/less action-packed calls. Deers are cheaper to pay than humans.. So the SAHP started to hire deers to work for them. pretty affective considering if one is killed, rather than mourning the loss of an officer.. it's a free barebeque for the SAHP :D

Right now i can't use teamspeak, With my complicated setup my mic just refuses to work. I'd download game booster/Razer Cortex and see if that makes a difference, like i said though your setup should get GTA V on high settings with 60fps no problem.

Uhh, something is up with your graphics card then, a 960 should get you 60fps with no issues.. my 780ti gives me 60fps. Have you tried using Razer game booster? that could give you a FPS boost, it does to my games.

Can you right click on the SlimDX.dll file go to properties and unblock it? It might be blocked so the game can't access it.
