Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated software Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed. Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. It is currently in the works, check the forums and you'll find a couple videos with it in action/being tested. Nobody knows what features will be included, all we know is that it's being made. tip: type ELS V into the search bar and you should find a topic/posts about it.

Windows 10 is great, better than 7 imo. However i would advise against doing the upgrade, when i first upgraded it messed up my programs and a few drivers. best way to get Windows 10 is to do a fresh/clean install of it. I do say get Windows 10 though =)

You should use the search bar, this question has been answered many times before =)

You can try, However if you're still crashing without any other mods. chances are your computer can't handle GTA.

Considering how low-spec your PC is, your crash is most likely due to your car mods.. remove them (and ELS) and try to run GTA with default cars and LCPDFR.

Could be a driver issue? Have you seen if that's up to date? on my old card i used to get this issue a lot, however since re-formatting windows and updating drivers it stopped. although honestly, i'd return the PC just in case and get your money back (then build a PC yourself) or get a new one.

Official as in ran by members of the LCPDFR/LSPDFR team? I'd be interested in watching just to see how it'll go. Although i'm certain that we don't have a Twitch channel.
