Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. The devs have said before that they want to bring back as many features as they can from LCPDFR to LSPDFR, so the busy status feature will most likely come (might not be in 0.3), and as it's less complex than most of the other features in LSPDFR then it'll be a very high chance it will come eventually.

The shirt looks pretty good, I was thinking on buying some of their shirts (probably a poster) sometime in the future. I know that feeling... Actually when that first happened i actually had to stop gaming for a bit because i got motion sickness. now i can't stand to see anything less than 60fps (30fps if it's really smooth)

the GPU i'mm getting (should be by January-early Feb) is the TITAN X. Which will save me on upgrades for a long time with it's 12gb VRAM

All i got was money, which is what i get every year. which is perfectly fine for me... more money to put towards my new graphics card. I enjoy Christmas because of the family get together, food and alcohol.. not for presents.

I'm generally against torrenting games, as i like to support developers... Although considering the age of the game and that it's not being made anymore/stocked in stores the only place you'll get it is from private sellers.. so whether you buy it or download it, the devs aren't getting money for it. Old games nobody cares about torrenting, since there is no gain to the devs, newer games (like Fallout, GTA V etc) should be bought since your money is going to the developers who worked hard. I should point out that this is my personal opinion.. which doesn't represent those of G17 Media, so my above statement doesn't mean that G17 Media itself supports piracy and what not.

I loved that game, Still have the gold edition sitting on my games shelf, Even have a big boxed version of Swat 3. They need to release it on Steam or something so people can buy it and play it again. After you said it was on Amazon for a hundred dollars, i checked Ebay.. They have none, it's like this game is extremely rare or never existed... I picked my gold edition up brand new for $10-$15 dollars like 5-6 years ago.

You can do it in the .ini file (it'll tell you how to disable them in the file itself)

That is from a plugin/mod you have, I believe it's Traffic Policer that is doing it.

Rockstar never puts their GTA in real-world locations. They create a fictionalized version of a city. Liberty City = New York, Los Santos = Los Angeles, San Fierro = San Francisco, Las Venturas = Las Vegas, Vice City = Miami. The only place to come close to being a RL location, is Vice City.. the state it is in is a RL location as it's located in Florida. So technically we've already had New York by doing Liberty City

Our official release date for any version of LSPDFR and LCPDFR is "it's done when it's done". We never give out exact release dates since we simply don't know ourselves. It's done when it's done is the most accurate release date anyone will ever get.

This could be an issue with the Steam version of the game. I'm currently having no issues (apart from Albo's mods) with the plugins on the retail/physical copy of GTA V. I'd open a topic on the RagePluginHook forums as they may need to fix something up with the 0.29 version.

Although they're not possible with LSPDFR, the weapon loadout can simply be done by using the SNT - http://gtaforums.com/topic/796908-simple-trainer-for-gtav/ As for the vehicles, those options will be made available in 0.3, you can customize your backup options so you can choose which car responds. check out this thread for more information - http://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/55363-lspdfr-03-backup-customization/
