Are you running a legal copy of GTA V?

Steve Haines mode, is basically you playing as Steve Haines while trying to escape from the LSPD/NOoSE/FIB/IAA and whatever else they send after you.. basically a 5 star wanted level playing as Steve Haines. Quite fun actually... i died not even 2 minutes in.

Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. I don't believe there are any. That being said if it was a RL scenario then the dirtbike wouldn't have any license plates as they're not road legal which is most likely why the Sanchez doesn't have one. Brush Script MT, however the other Brush Script fonts are quite similar so they could be it. should be a stock font that comes with Windows.
