My apologies, they're are in fact hidden. During the update the download section it has changed the look of a file when they're hidden, they've normally got an eye icon and are faded in red. This is just completely normal. By the looks of it unless it's uploaded elsewhere, You won't be able to get it. Keeping in mind that linking to or handing out GTA files that aren't legit (stolen/reuploaded without permission) is against our Community Guidelines

That's waaaay overkill for GTA 5, and it'll be extremely expensive so i'd advise not going with that. Who need 6 terabytes of storage anyway if you're just? Not to mention the processor i believe was released in 2014. So it's DDR3, which is very hard to get motherboards for. If you're buying/building a brand new PC then it's best to build it with the newest parts, Which would be DDR4 as it's modern, easier to get and easier to replace if things get damaged Have a look at other peoples topics and get an idea of what's being suggested as most of the computer topics are people wanting a PC for the same purpose. I do recommend building your own computer (it's not as hard as it looks). I'd also go with a 1000 series card, They have better preformance than the TITAN X (just minus some VRAM) and they're at a cheaper cost. Also, We can't really give you suggestions on what to buy because we don't know your budget. I could give you the price of a $1500 computer and you only have $400 to spend. When asking about what computers to buy/what people reccommend.. give a budget as it's a lot easier to the community to help you

People create textures and mods in their free time, Wait patiently until someone sees it and decides to do it. Keep in mind people have lives outside GTA modding, so chances are if nobody is taking your request then they're busy

Post counts aren't really a big thing. How many posts you have shouldn't affect whether or not you post on the forums.
