Yes it is. It's the main Fire Brigade for Melbourne.. City wide anyway, Out in the country it's generally CFA i believe (i'm not Victorian so i can't say for sure about the CFA, although MFB is definitely Victorian)

D3DGear is good, I use it (when i record that is).. if you want to see the quality then check out my YouTube channel in my signature i have 2 videos up. The downside is it's either $30-$50 (can't remember the exact price) but it's well worth it.

Nope, unfortunately GTA IV is a pile of useless garbage that shouldn't have existed on PC.. which is why it crashes over the most smallest thing. changing the amount of AI cars that use ELS could fix it.. changing it to 1-3 cars might work (no guarantee though)

You will need to enable the ELS on AI controlled vehicles in the .ini file (it's been a long time since i've played IV with ELS so i can't tell you what it's exactly called) but it clearly states ELS on AI vehicles so it shouldn't be hard to find the setting.

Shame it's fake.. I actually quite like the concept of this. Would be great as a Race mode.

Also is there any chance you're able to do a texture for this Charger, It's a 2013, it's a good LAPD vehicle although your textures only voer a 2012 and 2014.. so the templates don't line up
