  7. because of patch 7 there is a bug that if you have more than 2gb VRAM then it acts weird (this was fixed in patch 8) You need to create a text document called commandline.txt and add the following: -nomemrestrictions -norestrictions After you do that add it to your GTA IV directory (when you downgraded to 1.0.7.0) then you can edit your settings and change them. Before the latest update of GTA IV, It used to be a buggy pile of crap. it's why most people that enjoy modding have switched to GTA V since you can do more without having all these issues.

  15. Why don't you just use a visual mod (mvga, VisualV etc) Then edit the visualsettings to increase the lights?

  19. Damn. I have no issue with changing it via SNT.. but it looks weird as i'm the only person in a CVPI with hubcaps while the AI are in steelies. Shame aswell since the hubcaps look great on the car.
  20. You'e posted this in the wrong section. As it's GTA IV support are you referring to LCPDFR (GTA IV modification) or LSPDFR (GTA V modification)?
  21. So, After some messing around i've discovered you can change a vehicles wheel/tyre via Simple Native Trainer. Now for some reason i love hubcaps on my crown vics however there is a particular vehicle mod that i love although it's steelies and not hubcaps. i downloads bxbugs123 CVPI wheel mod. which has a hubcap version with it, I installed it to the vehicle via Simple Native Trainer to hubcaps and it looks pefect. my question is how can i force this mod to spawn using these wheels so when i spawn a vehicle via SNT it spawns with hubs and so the AI drives with hubs
  22. The newest patches for GTA IV 1.0.8.0 and 1.1.3.0 does not work with mods, So you will need to downgrade versions. Try this tutorial and see if it works
