Help Finding This Model
Nope, there isn't that exact version of the truck without that particular lightbar, the only ones released were only with an ELS and Non-ELS version of the lightbar. However, here is something similar (link for download is on the last page) - http://gtapolicemods.com/showthread.php?13500-Pierce-Dash-Firetrucks Also, if you wanted the ELS Version of the truck in the video you supplied you can download it here - http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=458

That was pretty good, you should do more.

Can my pc run LCPDFR?
If it runs GTA 4 normal without lag. it should run LCPD:FR. You only really get FPS drops when you add car mods, if you just plan on using LCPD:FR then it should work fine, Considering your PC runs GTA 4 fine.

LCPDFR not work
Remove your GTA game and LCPD:FR. then reinstall GTA, patch it to 1.0.7.0, download the manual installer and follow this guide (including downloading the files it asks to download in the guide) - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>
- Southland Intro Theme
-
Install not working
The manual installer always works, the only reason it won't work is because the person installing it has screwed up somewhere. use the manual installer and follow this guide very carefully - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

LCPDFR not work
Are you patched to 1.0.7.0? Are you running a legal copy of GTA 4? Also, do you have the latest Advancedhook.dll, which to my knowledge it's saying in the logs you don't have.

Please help me find this model
This site has a reputation of mod stealing, but this is the only link i could find - http://www. .com/gta-4/cars/27262-ford-explorer-chicago-police-2013.html However, supporting KevinDV's work, you could send him a PM and see if he can either give you a link or ask nicely if he could re-upload the model (if he still has it) here.

I have a problem with the roads and buildings textures i need help
Before we can help we need to know these: RAM Processor Graphics Card Operating System Also, are you running your game with background programs open? For example: are you loading the game while you have a document, internet browser or other programs such as utorrent? also, you might want to disable your Anti-virus before playing (but make sure you enable it BEFORE using the internet)
-
Do you find it necessary to save your game?
You don't need to save for your crime stats to be updated, they get updated automatically, say you had a total of 10 arrests, you go in game and arrest 3 people then you quit without saving, your stats will be updated to 13 people arrested. if you save with the mod activated, then you have the risk of corrupted your game, never save when a mod is activated.. to be on the safe side, never save your game when you have mods installed.

I have a problem with the roads and buildings textures i need help
What's your specs? Car mods are high poly, which means you need a decent computer to run them. if you don't, then it'll start deleting your "world" and you'll only see your character and cars, nothing else. reinstall your game and only use the standard cars also lower your graphics. if this still happens, then your computer can't handle IV

Not working
Can you take a screenshot of your directory? Using the method in my previous post will work.

Not working
Hopefully it works, make sure you follow the guide i linked thoroughly

Not working
If you're running Windows 7 (it may work on Windows 8) you can go into your start menu - All Programs - Accesories - Snipping tool. You can use the snipping tool and mark out your directory (have your directory open first), save your snip/screenshot and upload it.
-
Not working
Can you give a more detailed description of your problem? Are you running a legal copy of GTA 4 or GTA EFLC? Is it patched to the latest update 1.0.7.0 for GTA 4 and 1.1.2.0 for EFLC Have you completed the first mission? (Which is called The Cousins Bellic) did you use the automatic or manual installer? if you used the automatic, try using the manual installer and follow this guide - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Also can you post a screenshot of your GTA Directory?

Improve the ALT+E suspect fleeing command.
as stated above, you can mark them as wanted. although i can't confirm the PC controls since i only use the controller. but i can confirm that you can mark them as wanted. Check the PDF files that came with LCPDFR v1.0 for a list of controls.

GTA IV isn't opening Lcdpfr
You have purchased the game yes? (whether it be from your local videogame retailer or from an online distrubutor like Steam). If you have downloaded the game illegally (like from Extratorrent or Piratebay etc) then LCPD:FR won't work, because the developers designed it to work on legal copies only, the mod shuts itself down when it discovers an installed crack.

REQUEST: NFS Undercover Porsche Federal Police Cruiser
I don't know if you want the EXACT model, however there is a Proche 911 police car for download here (it's got a lightbar, so it's not a slicktop) - http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=532

GTA IV isn't opening Lcdpfr
Judging from your screenshots of your directory you're missing quite a few important files. Can you do a uninstall and reinstall your game, then patch it to 1.0.7.0 (if you don't have the patch then a quick google search can get you to a download). Once your GTA 4 is setup properly, go into game and make sure you have completed the very first mission (which is called The Cousins Bellic). If that is completed, exit the game. then download LCPD:FR v1.0c from here (download the Manual Installer Package) - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Once that is downloaded, extract the files (using WinRAR or 7zip. both free programs) to a new folder on your desktop. then follow this guide (and follow it carefully and don't skip any steps) - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> Once it's installed correctly, go into your game.. But make sure you run your game as administrator (simply right click on the GTA 4 icon and go to Run As Administrator) once your game is loaded up and you're able to play as Niko, click ALT P (That is your left ALT and not your right) some stars should come up on your minimap with "Welcome to LCPD:FR" on the top left of your screen

Problem with instalation
LCPD:FR 0.95 is no long being supported. upgrade to 1.0 here - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> I recommend using the manual installer, however try the automatic installer first. if you still have problems with it, then try the manual installer and use this guide - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

GTA IV isn't opening Lcdpfr
Once you complete the first mission The Cousins Bellic then LCPD:FR can be used. Make sure it's patched to 1.0.7.0, If the Auto installer doesn't work then you can download the manual installer. If you're not sure on how to install it then use this very helpful guide - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

this is a bad cop
I know that it would look like police brutality from a bystander, but then again in these days a police officer could just tase someone and people will yell police brutality. at one stage they had every police force here using tasers, but some agencies ditched them because of the risks that could happen.

this is a bad cop
All cops are trained the punch the arm, it's not "beating the shit out of them". not ever police force in Australia carry tasers. and officers also have to be careful with the tasers since when on impact it could cause a heart attack, especially when the person you've deployed it on is hyped up on drugs. If they have the suspect on the ground and they are resisting arrest (tightening up their arm muscles so the officers have a struggle to being able to put the cuffs on them) then they're allowed the punch the arm a few times to numb it, which the suspect won't have the strength he thinks he has in his arm so he can't tighten his muscles, making the arrest more easier. Plus they use that method instead of OC Spray because 1) it makes the suspect more aggitated and makes him move around a lot more and 2) the spray also gets in the officers eyes, which would be the most annoying thing to do, trying to subdue a suspect while your eyes are stinging. I'm not saying that what the officer did was right, or what he did was wrong. because all i have to "judge" is a police officer punching a suspect. there is no video of what happened leading up to the event. thus making my opinion/criticism completely irrelevant.
