How do you get the Rotators to work? They seem to just turn on and face forward for me, they don't rotate or anything. Been having this problem for other rotator vehicles as well.- 55 comments

It doesn't matter where your GTA is installed in which harddrive. Your problem should be due to another issue, could you provide screenshots of your \plugins, \plugins\lspdfr and gtaV Directory?

Sometimes OIV installs are quite unstable if the OIV was made before a game update, therefore I recommend that you use winRAR to open the OIV files, open assembly.xml to see where the contents should be placed, then replace the files by yourself.

It could be due to your vehicles.awc file being too large.

Did you put it in \els\pack_default?

It's not related, make sure you install a gameconfig on gta5-mods.com that'll allow the game to have addon vehicles without crashing. If you face this problem but you don't have add-on vehicles, it's due to your pc specs being too weak for somethings to run.

Are you sure that you have imported the ELS xml files for the vehicles, are you sure the vehicles you installed are ELS supported?

I don't see your problem with it in the video, could to describe the issue you're facing?

Does RPH pop up a rage hook loading screen or does it just look like the typical vanilla loading screen? If it's the vanilla loading screen with the bottom right writing "loading story mode with rageplugin hook" then it's not loading properly. If that's the case then hold shift while opening RPH, go to game settings, select force windowed mode, after that, save and launch. You can switch it back to fullscreen in-game when you successfully load it. It should fix your problem.

There are a crap ton of callouts you can make from 19-2, remember that time Audrey just lost her shit and the crowd wanted to screw her over? You can add it in as well, or maybe assisting the tactical unit and stuff, there's a lot of things you can get from 19-2 xD

Where does this error code popup though? I don't seem to have this problem, can you provide more details regarding your issue?If that is the case, reinstall your game.For some reason, if I install a vehicle model with rotators that supports els, the lights wouldn't rotate and it would just be stuck facing the front.Just go ahead and search online on how to install sirens. The reason it failed was probably due to a mistake made when you installed them.First of all, I don't know why you "quoted" me when it's just yourself typing. Second, as I've explained in your other post, this is a vehicles.meta file, it has nothing to do with ELS, and thirdly, the problem that you have has nothing to to with ELS hashes.
