Correction: You can get AI to drive around with it if you edit the BetterEMS EMSUnits.xml... which took me like 6 hours to type everything and make it utterly realistic... big oofs.

A graphics mod is a mod that enhances your graphics, it itself is not a name of a mod, ENB is a graphics mod.

They're all loaded in at once, unless if you select to load chosen ones. You can edit the keys you want to use in the .ini files.

Are you sure that you didn't turn the lights on only at the "warning" stage?

Did you properly set up the carvariations and vehicles.meta files?

And tell us exactly what files you changed. Some files you put in might be outdated, or that they have errors within the file itself, please add more detail in order for us to help you.

Do you have ELS properly installed? Are the models that you installed ELS supported? Did you put the .xml files inside GTA V\ELS\pack_default? Is scripthook installed?

This is pretty unrealistic actually, in real life situations, the FBI would not investigate air crashes, unless if it is terror related, it would've been handled by the NTSB(well they don't exist in game so you can just put IAA agents or something), and the emergency services would've cleared the way for NTSB investigators to investigate without getting disturbed. The fire crew will only stabilize the plane(making sure fires a putout, the plane is stable, etc.) but they would not remain at the scene when investigators arrive. Good attempt at making this scene though, I'll give you the point for effort, but it is generally quite unrealistic. I hope my suggestions can assist you into making this better. -
Can you porovide more details? Simply trying to figure out a problem without any additional information is practically impossible.

Just force-end the callout with police radio or within the callout itself, or just install a "control the temper of the cops" plugin, you can probably find it somewhere in this website.

Looks like the author decided to remove it, it won't be available anymore.

Change the handling line for different vehicles in vehicles.meta(e.g. for FBI2, you can put the handling line as POLICE3 to make it more stable, depends on your vehicle), you could directly change the handling.meta but it will affect all vehicles under that handling line.

Do you have Arrest Manager installed? There's a tackle button in that add-on and it could be conflicting with one of your keys, making you tackle everyone you pass by.

Just make sure you don't download the plugins that runs on the old versions of LSPDFR, some of them still work but is quite unstable.

Yeah that's what I think it is, but I don't really know how to fix it, I don't see others having this problem though.

For some reason, whenever I break in a police vehicle, my side windows tend to "disappear" and reappear once I release the break button, I've had this problem a long time ago but never bothered to fix it, or find out why it's that. Perhaps it's related to ELS? Because this doesn't happen when I'm driving other "civilian" vehicles.

For the "iOS" support you literally just redirected us to a keyboard control app on an iphone instead of an actual ELS control panel, then that doesn't count as an iOS support, am I missing something here or is this literally just the case?- 133 comments
