When you turn the light on in-game, there are three headlight settings, no light, low beam and high beam. The police3 has the spotlight on with highbeams. Does this make sense ?

Make sure you have the spotlight model facing FORWARD and set as 3rd light option for those who uses the spotlight mod.

Don't quote me, but I believe that, like many agencies, when they place an order for new fleet vehicles, sometimes they come later than others and the LED brands you see on it so happens to be installed at different shops throughout the city like the utilities you see. Also, the push bumpers are for P.I.T so perhaps some utilities are PIT ready and others are for sergeants/other divisions. Some of the utilities have mirror LEDs, some don't. My hometown has different light set-ups because some vehicle models are 2013, others are 2014, and newer are 2015 which all have different products on it, to keep up with the current market I guess. the LAPD just got their newest batch of 2016s with Federal Signal Valor lightbar on it. I'll keep an eye out for them.

What kind of interior shots are you looking for ? Do you want to know what kind of products they have installed in the interior, or do you need reference shots to know how the interior body is designed ?

Actually they roll out of the factory like that. It's up to the upfitters/installers of whatever agencies that purchases them and they install the plastic cover and other products in it.

Your hoping is going to go no where. ELS will still come out for GTA V, and like many others have said, GTA V is leaps and bound much more stable than GTA IV. I'm sorry that your computer wasn't strong enough to run it, but many, many others can and this is going to be a great tool to have. I cannot wait for the day it becomes available under download, I can only imagine the possibilities it will take us to.

If you're making the sheriffs CVPI, maybe you could consider adding intersection LEDS on the push-bar like the real life LASD CVPI has. They're mounted on the side faces of the push-bars. https://youtu.be/koryuyuWGOc?t=19
