Sadly North Korea has an ally of great size: China. I'm not scared of North Korea, however the 1+ billion of inhabitants in China (and therefore as much possible soldiers) are a bit more scary.

Actually not, I personally am quite annoyed to witness human beings agreeing to torture other human beings. If it was in middle east, most people would yell "It's outrageous" and would want to bomb the authors. But there, half of people are completely fine with it, even though the result is the same, psychological and physical suffering, sometimes killing the person subject to those "therapies". That's what is not going well.

Me too, I thought it would have drowned under the incredibly high ammount of people who have no compassion whatsoever towards another human being.

Even though you have the unpopular opinion, I'd like to ask you a question. Why would you let another human being be tortured both physically and mentally? Put aside their potentially different sexuality, and consider them as human beings, because that's what they are. Even though you believe in a religion that comdemns homosexuality, they are not any less human. So why would you let someone equal to you being tortured? What if you were the one being tortured for having a kink that not everyone has, and people would let it happen to you just because they disagree with you?

I do understand that, but then what is the point to open a debate if you will most likely never change your mind on the question, no matter the arguments people are throwing on the table? It's quite a waste of time, isn't it?

I noticed that jewish people are actually very talented when it comes to say their religion and victimize themselves. On topic, I was already amazed by the fact that this kind of therapy was existing, but I'm even more amazed to see that people are actually not even against this form of torture on this very forum. Quite disappointing.

Yeah, it just drives me crazy that in the 21st century, some people are still not even able to think by themselves and can have such backward opinions and states of mind. In this era where science is always progressing and revealing the origin of the human race and big bang, some people still believe creationism is a plausible cause of our existence and are denying obvious truths.
