Yeah, works too, as long as the original files are truly the vanilla ones. It should be blue and red to be honest, I've tried out more than the two third of the ENBs you listed, and all the cars I used with LED lightbars always flashed red and blue perfectly well. Do you make sure to reinstall a vanilla version of the game before installing a new ENB? Installing an ENB over another can lead to light problems amongst other things.

I'm currently using Cj24 LAPD pack with a CVPI MX7000 for the LASD, and I've Vision ENB installed, and it looks perfectly blue and red. Looks like the problem is on your end, not on the ENBs you tried.

A marriage (and the possible celebration/party following it) is always for people involved in it and invited people. Shop owners are not supposed to be present. Therefore, they have no reason to deny their services, since they have nothing personal to do with the said marriage. As a side note, this is exactly my point. Religion SHOULD be kept out of state, just like state should be kept out of religion. You don't write and pass laws with religions. You pass laws with intelligence, rational logic and for the best for society. Allowing discrimination is not the best for society. In these times where people should stand united and see each other not as black/asian/white/gay/straight but as human beings, the only things politicians (and people following them) do is to divide the population even more, only to keep their attention away from more important problems. When I read what you said, it sounds like you are focusing on the hardware and not the software. I didn't say that as a way to correct you but as a way to complete what you said because of what I understood, but fine.

GFWL is dead since a while bro. GTA V is working through the Rockstar Games Social Club. If you bought a hard copy (like me on Amazon), you'll have to link the game to your RGSC account.

Without speaking about the native unstability of GTA IV itself and the fact that forcing a game to do what it is not supposed to do will eventually bring problems at some point.

If you install lot of high poly cars and your rig can't handle it, you'll eventually have to balance your game between cars and stability.

I see in the .pdf coming with the download that it says it greatly raises the resource requirements. Does it still drain less than the TrafficFlowV5R2 script?

Do you have car mods installed? Texture mods, like trees, roads, buildings? Anything that makes your .img files grow in size can potentially create texture problems.

Disagree on that, downloading 65GB will always be a lot less convenient to me than using the DVDs. So, easier to reinstall, not really, and Rockstar does not support the workshop.

Marriage is traditionally a religious event for people wanting to make it a religious event. For many, many people, marriage is to be legally bound to someone, with the fiscal advantages it brings with it. If a gay couple asked to be married in a church, then I'd completely understand if the priest refused to marry them. But here we are talking about business. Religion SHOULD NOT have an influence AT ANY POINT. I don't see how this law is protecting people who want to practice their religion. A shop, a restaurant, or whatever else is not a place of cult or a place to pray. It's not a church. It's a place where people should exchange goods, sell and buy stuff, without the religion being involved at any point. This is what happens when the state does not separate itself properly from the church. Decades later, some laws passing are so archaic that they look like they come from the 19th century.

If it was an ancient firearm, like a good old Colt or Smith & Wesson I'd understand, but this... It looks more like a water gun than an actual pistol.
