  1. To people complaining about their lights being orange and light blue: THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM COMING FROM THIS MOD. That's how the lightbar textures are. If you want them to be really red and blue, look for Stanier lightbar fix in Google. Not too hard to do I think. Now, on topic of this mod, to the author: I really like the fact that the lights are now visible at day, though they truly become blinding at night for me, might want to work this out. Another thing to fix would be the headlights at night that seem inexistant when it comes to the actual light on the ground and stuff, I might as well drive with no lights at all, wouldn't change much. And finally, a last problem I have -only- with this mod installed, when I leave a car, even if I try to turn the engine off by keeping on pressing the key, the engine refuses to turn off. This problem does not occur when this mod is not installed. Looking forward to a fix for all this.
  2. Isn't there like a way to make them spawn black through the carvariation or the vehicle.meta?
  3. Hey! Nice cars, love them, I missed some of the exotism I could get with models for GTA IV. I've something to report though, dunno if that's known, but I figured I'd still leave it there. When I spawn the Gauntlet, the wheels of the car are colored (red), instead of being black like shown in the screenshots.
  4. I don't really get why anyone would want to remove the bloom from the car lights, it's completely unrealistic.
  5. Is there a template for this beauty?
  6. Is there a way to make this car as an add-on, and not a replacement? Like adding it to another add-on pack by giving it a particular name?
  7. Pegassi is inspired from Lamborghini, no need to look any further. The Zentorno especially is inspired from the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento. Look it up.
  8. By saying that you assume there's actually job for -everyone-. Doesn't work that way. You just have to look out of your window to witness that. People could find a job if there was some. I know that very well, I've been in the unemployment endless circle, sending curriculum vitae's to literally every company, restaurant, store of the region. They don't hire. That's just how it is, I'm not inventing it. If there was actually a job for everyone on this planet, or at least in developped countries, our economy wouldn't be so crappy right now.
  9. I perfectly read what you said, thank you very much: you flag black people as poorly educated, mostly underage sons of Obama. Don't try to put the racist card on me, also, it's really pitiful and childish. Grow up and try to describe groups of people by real names and not by crappy metaphors, if you ever know what that means. Peace! <3
  10. Well I'll be damned. All black people are Obama's sons? What does that mean, that all white people are Bush's sons or Clinton's sons? Seriously dude. How can anyone take what you say seriously after that?
  11. People don't choose to be poor. You can't choose that. It's like people saying "Psh, unemployed people are lazy, if they really looked for a job they would find one". It doesn't work like that. Life doesn't work like that.
  12. I would actually like to know that as well, not a fan of Scripthook at all.
  13. Alright, thanks for the answers. Since I'm at it, I can't find the installation folder of GTA V for the retail version, any idea anyone?
  14. Alright, I just have a simple question. I know mods aren't supported online, and I'm quite happy with that. GTA Online should remain fair for everyone. But I was wondering. I want to try out LSPD:FR, because I'm kinda bored of LCPD:FR now. But could I actually get banned if I want to play online? Not trying to run LSPD:FR online, because it wouldn't work, but for example, can Rockstar just scan my files, see that I've a Ragehook of some sort and place me in the online modders/cheaters banning list if I play GTA Online with the LSPD:FR and Ragehook files installed?
  15. Now LSPD can be FAAABULOOOOOUUUS!

Hey you! Did you always love the California Highway Patrol cars? Did you always prefer to stay within the lore of the game, including the cars? Then this skin pack is made for you! Retaining what makes the CHP paintjobs truly beautiful, I have replaced the CHP star with the Liberty City Police Department badge, yet changing the colors of it a little to fit and match the colors of the CHP. The result looks quite good to me, feel free to comment and say what you think about it! This skin pack contains skins for the 5 following models: Vapid Stanier 2nd Gen Bravado Buffalo 1st Gen Bravado Buffalo 2nd Gen Declasse Granger 3000X Vapid Radius PI The skins come in 3 variants for every car: 4 black & white skins 4 white skins with the motto ("Safety, Service and Security") 4 white "clean" skins without the motto (fits slicktop models the best!) All skin have unique unit numbers, so you can mix and match all of them the way you want, no risk to get twice the same unit number! Hope you'll enjoy this skin pack as much as I do right now! Best models for those skins, by Yard1:
  16. Well, I'm not aware of everything the FBI does, especially considering how fantasized this agency is within popular culture with all the books and movies and TV shows (X-Files!). What makes me think that a federal agent would be better in such situation is that they would, technically, have easier access to performing tools as well as the most relevant evidences for the case they are investigating, on top of their training that is most likely much more complex than the random officer in the street received at the academy. I'm not saying that all of them are white knights, just like not all cops are bad guys. But if the investigators were chosen for their perfect carreer (as in, never been involved in any litigious case or shooting, awarded in the line of duty and so on), I'm pretty sure they would seek for truth and justice, and would not hesitate to arrest a cop. At least more than a local agency investigator that could, let's say, close the case a bit more easily to help a fellow officer. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that this is happening all the time, and I don't believe all cops are bad guys. Hell, my own dad is a cop in the motorcycle police department. But not everything is all black or all white. Not all cops are good either.
  17. Considering the increasing ammount of litigious shootings and strange cases like this one, wouldn't it be quite insightful from the US government to create a federal agency that would have for only purpose to actually investigate this kind of case? It wouldn't require that many people, just like two detectives per cases to solve them in the best way possible. Detectives that would be chosen for their perfect carreer in law enforcement, only looking for truth, and ready to get a cop arrested if he was in the wrong.
  18. I was talking to Shmurda, not about your skin.
  19. Putting a capital letter on every word makes what you say very difficult to read. Just saying.
  20. Which brings the problem of violence in the population as l3ubba said, that really need to be addressed. This kind of behavior is actually spreading world wide like a plague. Every day, I see more and more people being rude, lacking good manners or having access of violence and rage. As if humanity was becoming more and more keen to slash the throat of their neighbours. Violence in every day is a strong issue nowadays.
  21. You are throwing this question on forums about a police mod, while being yourself an officer. Don't you think those questions are a bit biased? Not wanting to be rude, but to me it sounds a bit like you are just looking for people to comfort yourself in your opinion. About your questions, I think this is not only a matter of police brutality, but also the mistakes police officers do. Pulling your gun and emptying your magazine into someone's body just because you thought you saw something threatening shouldn't be applauded as "Wow he reacted so quick, good job, here, take a treat". Police officers in the US seem to be much more keen to respond to a situation by violence than in other countries.
