I've gotten that error, and I run GTA on max settings with ENB, 50 fps average. I'm thinking that it depends on your internet connection.

Same here. Can you get banned? Yes. But it depends on the situation. A good friend of mine said that complaints are only valid if the person played with you, and it can usually take around 10 complaints on the same subject to even get noticed. Even then, it's more likely they don't suspend/ban you. It depends on how you behave. If you harass other players, then probably. I used to drive around and spawn vehicles, and generally keep people happy. Modding GTA IV on the Xbox is no different than modding GTA IV on the PC, the only difference is that the mods are more focused on cheating compared to PC. But you can find mods similar to the PC, such as the superman mod. Anyway, LCPDFR on Xbox 360 is somewhat an insult to G17 Media. They should have used a different name, but I have no problem with them expanding and improving console mods. They've made a lot of progress the last few years. I disagree with people using mods to cheat, but I don't have a problem with people using mods to expand and add fun to the game. I thought I would clear that up for some people, because I've read far too many posts saying "You're going to be banned permanently by Microsoft". Your sound card may be out of date. Download the latest driver for it. That's based on what I've just searched. Never mind, one person posted this: "I had the same problem. It's exactly the same as the disc version, so there's nothing to worry about as far as I know. I run LCPDFR and other mods fine on my digital copies of GTA IV and EFLC.

Don't let those immature idiots push you around, give it right back to them. Block them or do anything else necessary to get them out of your life. You could also simply ignore them. They feed off of your reaction, so don't give them one. The way they're acting already tells you how old they are.

I don't know if you still have access to tester builds or not, but you should PM Management if you plan on staying here a while. I can play 3 hours straight without a bug or crash, probably longer (I would get headaches if I played any longer without long breaks). You're not doing something right. If you need support, we could help you fix it and get your game running smoothly. I suggest you give it a chance. It wouldn't take long. This problem is on your end, not ours. LCPDFR, at its best, should run for long periods of time, with little to no crashes and in-game errors. It all depends on your PC and other factors (such as other modifications installed). This is an insult to both the community and the hardworking developers who spend part of their lives and free time making this modification with minimal resources. LCPDFR RC2 is far from perfect, but new releases are being developed with improved stability and features.
