Take your Gta out of compatibility mode, or move it to a more current operating system, I switched over to EFLC and had the same issue. I just run it as an administrator and BAM it works

Can I also just point out that those mentioning that moderators haven't posted shows what I mean. Moderators should be classed as normal forum members when it comes to topics with some extra powers to help keep the site safe and clean.
