Its not really dead. I add things from time to time, the reason for not uploading it was because I decided to release it only to close friends of mine. If you guys would like a personal copy, message me and ill think about it. There is also a fatal error which im yet to find a fix for, which is another slight factor on why I didnt release it. I didnt want to talk about this, as I would expect you guys to get disappointed. The only people that knew about this, apart from right now are my closest friends in the gta modding community, again I didnt want people knowing. I can admit that I havent worked on it nearly as much as I used to, but I still add things like I said. I hope you all understand, and just message me and ill think about giving you a copy.

You are right, although this scenario is WAAY different. Police officers are trained to shoot and kill, guns are always a last resort, how often do you think police have to fire at someone? Most officers havent even shot there weapon at anything in the line of duty. You also have to realize, unlike on a gun range you have to make split second decisions when getting shot at, you dont think straight and all you wanna do is take the guy down. People wonder why police shoot a suspect multiple times after theyre dead, trust me if you ever got shot at you would shoot them till your gun stops shooting. Its a whole different mindset when your being shot at. I also assume this happened in a not so large area, so the police there dont do much weapon training, unlike in a place like detroit or the bronx. Your completely right when it comes to the range, but in shootouts its different. That wouldnt make sense. The colored tip signifies that the gun is a toy, and not lethal. A bb gun is very lethal, painting the tip orange wouldnt follow legal standards.

Also make sure you only use extras 1-9. 1-4 are primaries, 5 and 6 are takedowns, and 7-9 are warning lights.

I would blame the gun, not the parents - or the kid. If letting a kid shoot was that bad, gunranges wouldnt exist. In a way it can be the parents fault, she should of started with a .22 handgun or something similar. Then again it was a girl, considering they have less upper body strength that might of went into play..But either way a 9 year old shooting an extremely dangerous weapon, on full auto - Thats a recipe for disaster. Here is the video, thankfully it cuts off at the incident. Then again look where the instructor was when she shot it.

What does testifying have to do with anything? If someone kills a police dog, depending on the state - You could get equivalent charges for killing a peace officer. It doesnt matter if the dog could testify if he was dead. I saw a video a while back when someone shot a police dog, ill keep looking for it.

And thats why they have bullet proof trains in the bronx.

A "Police Dog" in the court of law is labeled a Law Enforcement Officer. So if that LEO wanted to attack you because you were breaking the law, that makes perfect sense.
