I see a few issues with your model. First one being that the Inner Edge is getting blocked by the Rear View Mirror and 2nd that your text on your skin should be a bit more slanted to match the angle of the car.

Agreed with Arapahoe. Overall the model is good. The skin is not neat though. You have to improve on the skin. Other than that the overall model looks good.

You don't need a saved .psd, all you have to do is replace the police.wtd from the download and then export the texture via OPEN IV and redo it. :D

Great job, eventually youll get better and better. Maybe grille lights though? The setup is really boring. If i were making it, id put some avengers in the rear, aswell as tir3s in the grille. 3/5 for boring lightsetup, minor issues, and not alot of equipment.
