I know this isn't relevant to GPU's but I didnt think people still have i3's..And imo you might be able to run an enb, but hopefully you have good cooling. ENB's can make IV extremely GPU intense. Dont know about the mother board though.. Best Regards, iiKonrad

Use a 3rd party els program like "EMERGHUE" It has an easy to use interface, and lets you change light colors with a Color Wheel (Hex Compatible). As far as I know it is only for ELS 7 right now, but thats what most people use. The thing I love about eHue is that you can put your (eg:Police.wtd and Police.wft) in and you can see the light patterns, and edit them from the interface, as well as update them. Try it out..

If SparkIV didnt fix it, it's likely that it's an error in something like the texture itself, maybe mapping, a corrupted file or something. I have never experienced a bug like this, so I dont think I can assist you further. Im guessing unless you find what's causing it, you wont be able to change the light colors. Clearly you are trying to brag. Which in most cases, nobody cares about your specs, and it doesnt get people jealous. Im generalizing myself, with no evidence of my theory from other users. Feedback? Anyway...As I said...Since you are likely trying to brag, just dont be the person that asks "Can I run Farmville on low settings with atleast 10 FPS with my 200$ GPU?". Just for the record, clearly you can run GTA IV on Very High, and wont have trouble with an ENB as long as you have decent cooling. Like I said, I didnt read all the replies, nor did I read any of them. Also your comment isn't relevant at all. As a side note, it was pretty clear I was generalizing costly GPU's better, as they are, unless you buy it from an unknown brand, company, or your just being ripped off.

Also** I'd also want links to some well done vehicle packs, maybe not even full packs - Just like a CVPI and A Charger.

If you plan on playing games other than GTA IV, then go for a bigger price. Considering GTA IV is in no way GPU intense, if you mostly play GTA IV a cheaper GPU will be the bigger bang for your buck. I imagine you would use an ENB in this case, if so remember to get decent cooling as ENB's can cause overheating with bad cooling; considering they can make the game very GPU intense. In the scenario that you play games like Arma 3, Watch Dogs, Battlefield, etc - Go with a better GPU. If I have mentioned anything already said, sorry because I didnt feel like reading the replies. As much as Rockstar "hates" mods, GTA IV and GTA V will run on the same engine (Atleast that's what make sense, and that's what I've heard). It shouldnt take long to develop LCPD:FR for GTA V either, with the engine factor in play. We will have to see.... Best Regards, iiKonrad

With increase of knowledge and better technology, there will, in my opinion atleast..Never be a way to stop the government from spying on you. This includes your own data, webcams, and all kinds of crazy NSA Illuminati shit. It really doesnt concern me if the NSA is watching me through a webcam...I mean who gives a fuck? I would only get better cooling if you are planning to use an ENB, dont waste your money if your not going to. Though i imagine you might play some games other than gta that are more GPU or CPU Intense then GTA IV. But anyway, Cheers ;) -Regards, iiKonrad

Ram doesnt mean shit. After around 8 GB its just an aesthetic kind of thing. Unless your rendering in 4K in Sony Vegas, While running Crysis 3 in 1080p on Ultra, shit tons of ram wont help. But yeah, you will definitely be able to run on High. Considering GTA graphics arent that good, or CPU/GPU intense, you most likely want an ENB. If your using something like CryENB make sure to have a good cooling system so your PC doesnt overheat. This could result in your system not being able to keep up, or crashing. -Regards, iiKonrad
